【摘要】：目的:分析乳牙錯(cuò)頜患者的語(yǔ)音功能,研究牙齒結(jié)構(gòu)畸形對(duì)語(yǔ)音功能的影響。方法:以60例牙齒錯(cuò)頜患兒為研究對(duì)象,在牙齒錯(cuò)頜矯治前對(duì)其進(jìn)行語(yǔ)音測(cè)試,并將測(cè)試結(jié)果與患兒語(yǔ)音狀況進(jìn)行相關(guān)分析。結(jié)果:OJ,TD-PW與發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤有關(guān)(r=-0.526,r=0.517,P0.05),復(fù)合變量OBJ與發(fā)音錯(cuò)誤有高度統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)性(r=-0.633,P0.01)。安氏一類錯(cuò)頜患兒存在唇齒音、舌尖音、舌尖前音的語(yǔ)音異常,安氏二、三類錯(cuò)頜患兒存在雙唇音、唇齒音、舌尖音、舌尖前音的語(yǔ)音異常,唇腭裂患兒存在全部的語(yǔ)音異常。結(jié)論:錯(cuò)頜患者的語(yǔ)音功能與舌體位置及前牙覆頜/覆蓋有密切關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the phonological function of patients with primary malocclusion and to study the effect of dental structural malformation on speech function. Methods: 60 cases of children with dental malocclusion were studied by phonetic test before orthodontic treatment, and the correlation analysis was made between the results of the test and the phonological status of the children. Results the proportion of TD-PW was related to the pronunciation error. The compound variable OBJ was highly correlated with the pronunciation error. Two and three kinds of malocclusion children have abnormal lip tone, tongue tip sound, and cleft lip and cleft palate children have all abnormal phonetic changes. 2, 2 and 3 malocclusion children have the phonetic abnormality of double lip tone, lip tooth sound and tongue tip sound, and the children with cleft lip and palate have all phonetic abnormalities. Conclusion: the phonological function of patients with malocclusion is closely related to the position of tongue and the maxillary / overlay of anterior teeth.
