【摘要】：目的:觀察不同粘結(jié)劑與不同復(fù)合樹(shù)脂配伍修復(fù)牙體V類(lèi)洞對(duì)邊緣微滲漏的影響。方法:選擇45顆新鮮拔除的完整的下頜第三磨牙,去除牙齒周?chē)能浗M織及結(jié)石,清理干凈,在其的頰舌側(cè)頸部制備箱狀(3mm×2mm×2mm)V類(lèi)洞。按隨機(jī)數(shù)字法分為9組,每組有5顆牙齒,10個(gè)洞。三種自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑分別是Easy one、S3 bond和XV,三種復(fù)合樹(shù)脂分別是Z350、可樂(lè)麗AP-X和TPH。根據(jù)不同自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑和不同復(fù)合樹(shù)脂配伍,有如下組合:A+D組(Easy one+Z350)、A+E組(Easy one+AP-X)、A+F組(Easy one+TPH)、B+D組(S3+Z350)、B+E組(S3+AP-X)、B+F組(S3+TPH)、C+D組(XV+Z350)、C+E組(XV+AP-X)、C+F組(XV+TPH)。按各自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑與復(fù)合樹(shù)脂的說(shuō)明書(shū)方法要求,對(duì)每組洞進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑和復(fù)合樹(shù)脂進(jìn)行充填,調(diào)和,拋光。再將牙放在37℃恒溫水浴箱24h后,室溫下浸泡于1%的亞甲基藍(lán)24h,然后在慢機(jī)上用金剛砂片將牙齒頰舌向縱形切開(kāi)為兩半,在體式顯微鏡下觀察切開(kāi)面的邊緣微滲漏,最后進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果:粘結(jié)劑與復(fù)合樹(shù)脂間無(wú)交互效應(yīng)(P0.05)。粘結(jié)劑與復(fù)合樹(shù)脂分別的主效應(yīng)顯著(P0.05);粘結(jié)劑S3 Bond與其他兩種粘結(jié)劑間的微滲漏差異顯著(P0.05);Easyone與Xeno V粘結(jié)劑間的差異不顯著(P0.05)。復(fù)合樹(shù)脂Z350與可樂(lè)麗AP-X間的差異不顯著(P0.05)。復(fù)合樹(shù)脂TPH與其他兩種樹(shù)脂間的微滲漏差異顯著(P0.05)。結(jié)論:微滲漏的發(fā)生是粘結(jié)劑與復(fù)合樹(shù)脂共同作用的結(jié)果,粘結(jié)劑與復(fù)合樹(shù)脂間無(wú)交互作用。為臨床提供一定的實(shí)驗(yàn)參考。
[Abstract]:Aim: to observe the effect of different binder and composite resin on the marginal microleakage of teeth. Methods: a total of 45 freshly extracted mandibular third molars were selected to remove soft tissue and stones around the teeth, and to clean up the cavities of 3mm 脳 2mm 脳 2mm)V in the buccal and lingual side of the mandibular molars.
