【摘要】：目的探討骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞(BMSC)膜片與膠原膜構(gòu)建的"三明治"樣結(jié)構(gòu)植入體內(nèi)后牙周膜的再生情況。方法制備BMSC細(xì)胞膜片,與膠原膜構(gòu)建夾層結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)合于牙根表面,植入原位生長(zhǎng),分別于4和12周取材,利用X片、HE和天狼星紅染色觀察牙周膜的再生情況。結(jié)果相比單純膠原膜組和空白對(duì)照組,實(shí)驗(yàn)組在牙根與牙槽骨間形成了清晰的軟組織間隙,且有類Sharpey纖維存在,即形成了功能性牙周膜。結(jié)論細(xì)胞膜片-膠原膜-細(xì)胞膜片的"三明治"樣夾層結(jié)構(gòu)可較好地促進(jìn)牙周膜再生。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the regeneration of periodontal membrane after implantation of "sandwich" like structure of bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) membrane and collagen membrane. Methods the membrane of BMSC was prepared, and the interlayer structure was constructed with collagen membrane. The membrane was implanted into the root surface and grown in situ. The regeneration of periodontal membrane was observed by X ray HE and Sirius red staining at 4 and 12 weeks, respectively. Results compared with the simple collagen membrane group and the blank control group, the experimental group formed a clear soft tissue space between the root and alveolar bone, and there were Sharpey like fibers, that is, the functional periodontal ligament was formed. Conclusion the sandwich-like interlayer structure of membrane-collagen membrane-cell membrane can promote periodontal ligament regeneration.
