【摘要】：目的了解并分析重慶萬(wàn)州三峽庫(kù)區(qū)7~9歲移民兒童第一恒磨牙齲病發(fā)病狀況。方法按照第三次全國(guó)口腔健康流行病學(xué)調(diào)查標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法,采取整體抽樣的方法,對(duì)重慶萬(wàn)州區(qū)6所移民小學(xué)3 927名7~9歲在校學(xué)生進(jìn)行第一恒磨牙齲壞狀況檢查和問(wèn)卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果重慶萬(wàn)州三峽庫(kù)區(qū)7~9歲移民兒童第一恒磨牙患齲率39.2%,齲均0.96,充填率為9.4%。7、8、9歲組第一恒磨牙患齲率分別為20.5%、36.5%、58.7%,齲均分別為0.36、0.88、1.65,不同年齡組間差異具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示:撫養(yǎng)方式、刷牙頻率和含糖食品攝入頻率與第一恒磨牙齲病發(fā)生密切相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論重慶萬(wàn)州三峽庫(kù)區(qū)7~9歲移民兒童口腔健康意識(shí)和口腔衛(wèi)生習(xí)慣較差,第一恒磨牙患齲率高,充填率低,需加強(qiáng)口腔健康宣傳和預(yù)防性口腔衛(wèi)生干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate and analyze the incidence of first molar caries in 79-year-old immigrant children in the three Gorges Reservoir area of Wanzhou, Chongqing. Methods according to the criteria and methods of the third National Oral Health Epidemiology Survey, 3 927 primary school students aged 7 to 9 years old from 6 immigrant primary schools in Wanzhou District of Chongqing were examined and investigated with a questionnaire on dental caries of the first permanent molar. Results the caries rate of the first permanent molar was 39.2 and the filling rate was 9.4.70.89 in the 7- year old immigrant children of Wanzhou three Gorges Reservoir area in Chongqing. The caries rate of the first permanent molar was 20.56.5% and the average caries were 0.360.881.65, respectively. There was significant difference between the different age groups (P 0.05). The result of the regression analysis shows that, The frequency of tooth brushing and the intake of sugary food were closely related to the occurrence of dental caries of the first molar. Conclusion the oral health awareness and oral hygiene habits of 7- and 9-year-old migrant children in Wanzhou three Gorges Reservoir area of Chongqing are poor. The first permanent molar has a high caries rate and a low filling rate. It is necessary to strengthen oral health publicity and preventive oral hygiene intervention.
