【摘要】：目的評價全瓷貼面修復(fù)后的臨床療效。方法對完成修復(fù)1~8年的25例患者133個貼面進行復(fù)查,對修復(fù)體邊緣適合性、邊緣染色、繼發(fā)齲、顏色匹配、解剖形態(tài)、牙髓活力、隱裂、折斷和脫落9項指標進行評估。以絕對失敗貼面數(shù)來描述存留率,用絕對失敗和相對失敗的貼面總數(shù)來描述成功率,壽命表法計算全瓷貼面1~8年的存留率和成功率。結(jié)果全瓷貼面1~8年存留率分別為100.0%、99.2%、97.6%、96.7%、94.7%、93.2%、89.3%和89.3%,1~8年成功率分別為100.0%、98.5%、96.1%、94.4%、90.5%、84.5%、80.9%和80.9%。結(jié)論全瓷貼面近期和遠期的修復(fù)效果良好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical effect of all-ceramic veneer repair. Methods two hundred and thirty-three veneers from 25 patients with 1 ~ 8 years of restoration were reviewed and 9 indexes were evaluated, such as marginal suitability, edge staining, secondary caries, color matching, anatomical morphology, pulp vitality, cleft, fracture and shedding. The survival rate is described by the number of absolute failure veneers, the success rate is described by the total number of absolute and relative failure veneers, and the survival rate and success rate of all ceramic veneer are calculated by life table method for 1 ~ 8 years. Results the survival rates of the whole porcelain veneer for 1 ~ 8 years were 100.0% and 99.2%, respectively. The success rates were 100.098.59.51 94.45% and 80.9%, 84.50.9% and 80.9%, respectively. Conclusion the short-and long-term restoration effect of all-ceramic veneer is good.
