【摘要】：目的探討腮腺癌組織成對盒基因2(PAX2)和成對盒基因8(PAX8)表達聯(lián)合預測其根治術后復發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移的價值。方法以行腮腺頸聯(lián)合根治術治療的腮腺癌患者46例為研究對象。采用免疫組織化學法檢測其手術切除腮腺癌組織及癌旁組織中PAX2和PAX8蛋白表達水平。結(jié)果腮腺癌組織PAX2和PAX8蛋白陽性表達率分別為76.09%和69.57%,均高于癌旁組織的26.09%和28.26%(P0.05)。腮腺癌根治術治療患者隨訪3年的局部復發(fā)率為41.30%,淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移率為34.78%。且PAX2蛋白陽性表達患者的復發(fā)率和轉(zhuǎn)移率均高于其陰性表達患者,PAX8蛋白陽性表達患者的復發(fā)率和轉(zhuǎn)移率亦均高于其陰性表達患者(P0.05)。Logistic回歸分析結(jié)果顯示,腮腺癌組織PAX2和PAX8表達水平與其根治術后復發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移均密切相關(P0.05)。腮腺癌組織PAX2和PAX8表達水平預測其術后復發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移的價值良好,其中以PAX2陽性和PAX8陽性預測其術后復發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移的價值最優(yōu)。結(jié)論腮腺癌組織PAX2和PAX8表達水平與其根治術后復發(fā)、轉(zhuǎn)移等預后情況的密切相關且聯(lián)合預測其預后的價值良好,聯(lián)合檢測腮腺癌組織PAX2和PAX8蛋白表達可作為腮腺癌根治術預后評估的參考指標。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the value of the expression of pairwise box gene 2 (PAX2) and pairwise box gene 8 (PAX8) in predicting recurrence and metastasis after radical resection. Methods 46 cases of parotid carcinoma treated by combined operation of parotid neck and radical resection were studied. Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PAX2 and PAX8 protein in parotid carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues. Results the positive expression rates of PAX2 and PAX8 in parotid carcinoma were 76.09% and 69.57, respectively, which were higher than those in paracancerous tissues (26.09% and 28.26P 0.05). The local recurrence rate and lymph node metastasis rate were 41.30 and 34.78 respectively. The recurrence rate and metastasis rate of patients with positive expression of PAX2 protein were higher than those of patients with positive expression of PAX8 protein, and the recurrence rate and metastasis rate of patients with positive expression of PAX2 protein were higher than those of patients with negative expression of PAX8 protein. The expression of PAX2 and PAX8 in parotid carcinoma was closely related to the recurrence and metastasis of parotid carcinoma after radical operation (P 0.05). The expression level of PAX2 and PAX8 in parotid gland carcinoma can predict the recurrence and metastasis of parotid gland carcinoma after operation. Among them, the positive PAX2 and PAX8 are the best predictors of postoperative recurrence, and the value of metastasis is the best. Conclusion the expression of PAX2 and PAX8 in parotid carcinoma is closely related to the prognosis of recurrence and metastasis after radical mastectomy. Combined detection of PAX2 and PAX8 protein expression in parotid carcinoma can be used as a reference index for prognosis evaluation of parotid carcinoma after radical mastectomy.
