【摘要】：背景:氫氧化鈣在臨床口腔科應用較為廣泛,隨著材料科學的發(fā)展,其臨床應用、物理學性能及生物安全性也越來越優(yōu)越。目的:總結氫氧化鈣材料的物理性能、生物安全性及臨床應用現(xiàn)狀。方法:以"Calciumhydroxide,Calciumhydroxidepreparation"為英文檢索詞,以"氫氧化鈣,氫氧化鈣制劑"為中文檢索詞,應用計算機檢索PubM ed數(shù)據(jù)庫和中國知識網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)庫中2010年1月到2016年1月發(fā)表的相關文章。結果與結論:氫氧化鈣制劑,根據(jù)組成分可為單組分和雙組分,根據(jù)固化形式可分化學固化和光固化,根據(jù)性狀不同可分為粉劑型和糊劑型。氫氧化鈣制劑具有良好的理化性質(zhì),可用于口腔根管封藥、根管充填、直接蓋髓、間接蓋髓、活髓切斷術及根尖誘導等,臨床評價和實驗研究認為氫氧化鈣制劑具有較好的生物安全性且臨床應用效果較好,但在其實驗室研究和臨床應用的探索過程中,還有許多亟待解決和深入探究的問題。
[Abstract]:Background: calcium hydroxide is widely used in clinical stomatology. With the development of material science, its clinical application, physical properties and biological safety are more and more superior. Objective: to summarize the physical properties, biological safety and clinical application of calcium hydroxide materials. Methods: using "Calcium hydroxide preparation" as English key word and "calcium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide preparation" as Chinese key word, the relevant articles published from January 2010 to January 2016 in PubM ed database and Chinese knowledge network database were searched by computer. Results & conclusion: calcium hydroxide preparation can be divided into single component and two component, chemical curing and light curing according to curing form, powder form and paste form according to different properties. Calcium hydroxide has good physical and chemical properties, and can be used for oral root canal sealing, root canal filling, direct pulp capping, indirect pulp capping, active pulp incision and apical induction, etc. Clinical evaluation and experimental study show that calcium hydroxide has good biological safety and good clinical application effect, but in the process of laboratory research and clinical application, there are still many problems to be solved and explored in depth.
