【摘要】：比較二氧化鋯全瓷嵌體、鈷鉻合金高嵌體烤瓷冠和鈷鉻合金烤瓷全冠修復(fù)治療后牙牙體缺損的臨床療效。選擇141例累及鄰面的后牙牙體缺損牙齒180顆,隨機(jī)分成3組,分別制作鈷鉻合金高嵌體烤瓷冠和鈷鉻合金烤瓷全冠及二氧化鋯全瓷嵌體進(jìn)行修復(fù),在修復(fù)后1年復(fù)診,觀察修復(fù)效果。高嵌體組和全冠組在修復(fù)體完整性、有無繼發(fā)齲方面與嵌體組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),高嵌體組在固位穩(wěn)定性上更優(yōu)于全冠組(P0.05)。后牙牙體缺損的修復(fù)治療,全冠、高嵌體冠優(yōu)于嵌體修復(fù),而高嵌體冠更有利于固位穩(wěn)定,更加適用于大面積牙體缺損的修復(fù)。
[Abstract]:To compare the clinical effect of Zirconia all-ceramic inlay, cobalt-chromium alloy high inlay porcelain crown and cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crown in the treatment of posterior tooth defect. One hundred and forty-one cases of posterior tooth defects involving adjacent surfaces were randomly divided into 3 groups. Co-Cr alloy high inlay porcelain crowns, cobalt-chromium alloy porcelain crowns and zirconia all-ceramic inlays were made for restoration. Observe the effect of restoration. The restoration integrity and secondary caries in the high inlay group and the whole crown group were significantly different from those in the inlay group, and the retention stability of the high inlay group was better than that of the whole crown group. The total crown and high inlay crown were better than inlay restoration in the repair of posterior tooth defect, while the high inlay crown was more beneficial to the stability of retainer and more suitable for the restoration of large area tooth defect.
