【摘要】：目的：評價運用MEAW技術聯(lián)合直絲弓矯治器矯治骨性Ⅲ類錯合的療效。方法：選取2012年2月～2013年6月,在我院正畸科就診的恒牙期骨性Ⅲ類錯合患者9例,男性5例,女性4例,年齡14～21歲,平均18.5歲。用MEAW技術聯(lián)合直絲弓矯治器矯治,矯治至前牙反合解除,尖牙、磨牙為中性或中性偏近中關系。治療前后拍攝頭顱側位定位片,進行X線頭影測量分析。治療前后取模,并進行模型分析。將研究所得數(shù)據(jù)應用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行統(tǒng)計學數(shù)據(jù)分析,P0.05為差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。結果：矯治后UI-LI、FH-MP、OP-MP、FMIA、OB、OJ、OP-MP、UL-SnPg'距-LL-SnPg'巨二者差值較矯治前增大(P0.01),LI-NB、IMPA、LI-MP較矯治前減少(P0.01)。矯治前、后SNA、SNB、FMA、APDI、Yaxis、PG-NB、UI-SN、ODI差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05)。結論：9例骨性Ⅲ類錯合經(jīng)過平均15個月治療,均達到良好的前牙覆合、覆蓋關系磨牙、尖牙中性關系以及良好的尖窩交錯關系,患者側貌得到部分改善。矯治效果患者滿意。在直絲弓矯治器中使用多曲方絲弓技術矯治骨性安氏Ⅲ類錯合的掩飾性治療應用于臨床,效果明顯,值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: To evaluate the effect of MEAW technique combined with straight wire appliance in orthodontic orthodontic malocclusion. Methods: from February 2012 to June 2013, 9 patients with orthodontic type III malocclusion in orthodontic Department of our hospital, 5 men, 4 women, 14~21 years old and 18.5 years old, were treated with MEAW technique and orthodontic appliance and orthodontic treatment. The anterior teeth were relieved, the canine and the molar were neutral or neutral. Before and after the treatment, the lateral position of the skull was taken, the X-ray cephalometric analysis was performed. The models were taken before and after the treatment and the model analysis was carried out. The data were analyzed with SPSS19.0 statistics software, and the difference was statistically significant in P0.05. Results: correction. UI-LI, FH-MP, OP-MP, FMIA, OB, OJ, OP-MP, UL-SnPg'are more than before the treatment of -LL-SnPg' (P0.01), LI-NB, IMPA, before orthodontic treatment. Conclusion: 9 cases of skeletal Class III malocclusion were treated with an average of 15 months, all reached good Good anterior teeth overlay, covering the molar teeth, the neutral relationship of the canine and the good interlaced relationship between the cusp, the patient's side appearance is partly improved. The treatment effect is satisfactory. In the straight wire appliance, the mask treatment of the type III malocclusion of the bone should be used in the clinical, the effect is obvious and worthy of clinical promotion.
