【摘要】：目的比較兩種負(fù)荷條件下的種植體骨結(jié)合率。方法 4只Beagle犬拔除一側(cè)下頜4顆前磨牙,愈合8周后,在每只犬口內(nèi)各植入4顆種植體。種植體植入10周后安裝修復(fù)基臺,其中近中2顆種植體基臺無咬合接觸作為對照組,遠(yuǎn)中2顆種植體通過加高咬合1mm獲得過度負(fù)荷作為實驗組。修復(fù)基臺安裝8周后處死取材,制作不脫鈣骨磨片進(jìn)行甲苯胺藍(lán)染色后鏡下骨形態(tài)計量學(xué)觀察。結(jié)果骨形態(tài)計量學(xué)分析結(jié)果顯示,安裝修復(fù)基臺8周后,實驗組和對照組的骨-種植體結(jié)合率分別為(87.71±1.77)%,(83.15±2.47)%,實驗組與對照組有顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論過度負(fù)荷狀態(tài)下,種植體的骨結(jié)合率提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the osseointegration rate of implants under two loading conditions. Methods four mandibular premolars were extracted from 4 Beagle dogs. After 8 weeks of healing, 4 implants were implanted into the mouth of each dog. After 10 weeks of implant implantation, the prosthetic abutment was installed, in which 2 implants had no occlusal contact as the control group, and two implants were overloaded by increasing the occlusion of 1mm as the experimental group. After 8 weeks of installation of the repair abutment, the bone morphology was observed under microscope after toluidine blue staining, and the undecalcified bone grinding pieces were made. Results the results of bone morphometric analysis showed that the osseous implant binding rates of the experimental group and the control group were 87.71 鹵1.77 鹵2.47% and 83.15 鹵2.47% respectively, and there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion under the condition of overloading, the bone bonding rate of implants is increased.
