【摘要】：目的探討慢性根尖周炎感染根管中微小小單胞菌與牙髓卟啉單胞菌定植的關(guān)系,為后期研究提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2014年1-12月醫(yī)院就診的80例慢性根尖周炎患者為研究對象,采集所有患者100顆患牙根管內(nèi)標(biāo)本,其中包括35例首次治療患者,有50顆患牙,作為首次治療組,45例根管再治療患者,有50顆患牙,作為根管再治療組;計算標(biāo)本中微小小單胞菌DNA檢出率,并分析微小小細(xì)胞菌與牙髓卟啉單胞菌、糞腸球菌和牙齦卟啉單胞菌之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果首次治療組患者的微小小單胞菌、糞腸球菌、牙髓卟啉單胞菌、牙齦卟啉單胞菌檢出率分別為57.1%、0、45.7%、22.9%,根管再治療組的檢出率分別為6.7%、13.3%、8.9%、2.2%,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);首次治療組和根管再治療組患者標(biāo)本中微小小單胞菌與牙髓卟啉單胞菌的檢出率相關(guān),但與糞腸球菌、牙齦卟啉單胞菌的檢出率無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論微小小單胞菌與牙髓卟啉單胞菌同為慢性根尖周炎感染根管微生態(tài)環(huán)境中的主要致病菌,且二者在感染根管內(nèi)的定植可能為共生關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between micromonomonas micronulocyte and porphyromonas pulposus colonization in root canals infected with chronic apical periodontitis, and to provide reference for later study. Methods A total of 80 patients with chronic apical periodontitis from January to December 2014 were selected as the study subjects. 100 samples of root canal were collected from all the patients, including 35 patients who were treated for the first time and 50 teeth. As the first treatment group, there were 50 teeth in 45 patients with root canal retherapy, which were used as root canal retreatment group. The detection rate of DNA in the samples was calculated, and the microcytoma and porphyromonas pulposus were analyzed. Correlation between Enterococcus faecalis and Porphyromonas gingivalis. Results the patients in the first treatment group were treated with Micromonomonas faecalis and porphyromonas pulposus. The detectable rate of Porphyromonas gingivalis was 57.1% and 45.75.79%, respectively, and that of root canal retreatment group was 6.713.30.2.2The difference was statistically significant (P0.050.The positive rate of micromonomonas microorganism and porphyromonas pulpii in the first treatment group and root canal retreatment group was correlated with that in the root canal retreatment group), and there was no significant difference between them in the first treatment group and the root canal retreatment group. But there was no correlation with the detection rate of Enterococcus faecalis and Porphyromonas gingivalis. Conclusion Micromonomonas minima and porphyromonas pulposus are the main pathogens in the microecological environment of root canal infected with chronic periapical periodontitis, and their colonization in infected root canals may be a symbiotic relationship.
