【摘要】：目的 探討唇、腭側聯合入路修復牙槽突裂的臨床效果。方法 45例先天性牙槽突裂患者接受植骨手術修復,其中21例(年齡9~13歲,平均年齡10.3歲)行唇、腭側聯合入路植骨修復(實驗組),24例(年齡9~14歲,平均年齡11.2歲)行唇側入路植骨修復(對照組)。術后1~12個月隨訪,采用臨床回顧性研究的方法比較2組術后疼痛、腫脹程度;牙槽突裂植骨成功率評價的臨床分級標準一般以Bergland牙槽突裂植骨分級標準進行評價。結果實驗組在術后疼痛、腫脹程度均低于對照組;實驗組植骨手術成功率81%,對照組植骨手術成功率42%。結論唇、腭側聯合入路植骨修復牙槽突裂手術創(chuàng)傷小、術后不良反應少,臨床效果滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical effect of combined labial and palatal approach in the repair of alveolar fissure. Methods 45 patients with congenital alveolar process fissure were treated with bone grafting. Among them, 21 cases (age 913 years, mean age 10.3 years) underwent lip repair, and 24 cases (age 914 years old) were treated with combined palatal approach. The average age was 11.2 years old. From 1 to 12 months after operation, the clinical retrospective study was used to compare the degree of pain and swelling in the two groups, and the clinical grading criteria for the success rate of alveolar process fracture were generally evaluated by the Bergland criteria of alveolar process bone grafting. Results the degree of pain and swelling in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, the success rate of bone grafting in the experimental group was 81%, and the success rate in the control group was 422%. Conclusion combined labial and palatal approach with bone graft for alveolar fissure is less traumatic and less adverse after operation, and the clinical effect is satisfactory.
