福建省北部?jī)和项M前牙區(qū)牙齒發(fā)育的縱向研究

【摘要】:目的 縱向分析福建省北部?jī)和项M前牙區(qū)由乳牙期至恒牙列早期牙齒發(fā)育軌跡和上頜前段牙弓寬度的變化規(guī)律,為準(zhǔn)確預(yù)測(cè)前牙區(qū)是否發(fā)生錯(cuò)牙合畸形提供診斷的參考依據(jù)。 方法 選取福建省北部政和縣兒童,自5.5歲開(kāi)始,每隔一年取一次模型,至13.5歲,,每人各五副模型,依據(jù)納入及排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選取研究對(duì)象34名(男性19例,女性15例)。借助3DSS掃描系統(tǒng)及Geomagic Studio12.0軟件將石膏模型轉(zhuǎn)換成數(shù)字牙頜模型,以切牙乳頭及左右第一腭皺襞各自中點(diǎn)作為構(gòu)筑重疊三角形的標(biāo)志,借3Matic軟件以此三點(diǎn)構(gòu)建模型重疊區(qū)域,完成模型重疊,依曲率分析選取上頜中切牙切緣中點(diǎn)、側(cè)切牙切緣中點(diǎn)等標(biāo)志點(diǎn),獲取這些標(biāo)志點(diǎn)在唇腭向發(fā)育軌跡的數(shù)據(jù),唇側(cè)為正,腭側(cè)為負(fù)。應(yīng)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件分析中切牙、側(cè)切牙及尖牙在各個(gè)時(shí)段的變化。 研究上頜前段牙弓寬度的變化規(guī)律,借助計(jì)算機(jī)軟件3Matic獲取不同時(shí)段上頜前段牙弓寬度的數(shù)據(jù),應(yīng)用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)軟件分析其變化規(guī)律及臨床意義。 結(jié)果 1.自5.5歲至11.5歲中切牙及7.5歲至13.5歲尖牙唇腭側(cè)移動(dòng)量男女及左右均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。 2.自5.5歲至7.5歲,右側(cè)切牙唇腭側(cè)移動(dòng)量無(wú)性別差異(P>0.05),而左側(cè)(P≤0.05)男性大于女性;而5.5歲至11.5歲整個(gè)移動(dòng)量男女及左右均無(wú)無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。 3.自5.5歲至9.5歲尖牙間寬度男女無(wú)差異(P>0.05);11.5歲和13.5男性大于女性(P≤0.05)。 4.5.5歲至13.5歲前段牙弓平均寬度如下:年齡寬度(x±s, mm)(歲)男女5.530.189±1.3857.532.379±1.4239.534.377±1.55311.536.142±1.19535.112±1.23813.536.912±0.98035.847±1.138 5.自5.5歲至13.5歲,男女前段牙弓總的生長(zhǎng)量為6.723mm和5.658mm,總體上是一個(gè)逐漸變緩的生長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。 結(jié)論 1.替牙期上頜前牙移動(dòng)量男女及左右同名牙比較均無(wú)差異,上頜中切牙及側(cè)切牙的生長(zhǎng)高峰在7.5至9.5歲,上頜尖牙則是在9.5至11.5歲,且中切牙唇側(cè)移動(dòng)最明顯的。 2.自5.5歲至9.5歲尖牙間牙弓寬度無(wú)性別差異,11.5歲和13.5歲男性大于女性;自5.5歲至13.5歲,男女前段牙弓總的生長(zhǎng)量為6.723mm和5.658mm,是逐漸變緩的生長(zhǎng)趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Purpose The changes of dental development and arch width in the maxillary anterior teeth of children in northern Fujian Province from the primary period to the early permanent dentition were analyzed longitudinally, which provided a reference for the diagnosis of malocclusion in the anterior teeth. Method From the age of 5.5 to 13.5 years old, the children of Zhenghe County in northern Fujian Province were selected as five models. According to the criteria of inclusion and exclusion, 34 subjects (19 males and 15 females) were selected. The gypsum model was converted into a digital dentigomaxillary model by 3DSS scanning system and Geomagic Studio12.0 software. The central points of the incisor papilla and the first palatal fold were taken as the marks of constructing overlapping triangles, and the overlapped areas of the model were constructed by 3Matic software. According to curvature analysis, the central incisor of maxillary incisor and the midpoint of incisal edge of lateral incisor were selected to obtain the data of the development of labiopalatine direction, the labial side was positive and the palatal side was negative. The changes of incisor, lateral incisor and canine were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software. To study the change rule of arch width of maxillary anterior segment, the data of arch width of maxillary anterior segment were obtained by computer software 3Matic, and the change rule and clinical significance were analyzed by SPSS19.0 statistical software. Result 1. There was no significant difference between male and female in the movement of labial and palatal side between 5.5 and 11.5 years old and between 7.5 and 13.5 years old (P > 0.05). 2.
