【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)西帕依固齦液治療口臭的臨床療效。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索美國(guó)圖書(shū)館PubMed/MEDLINE、CNKI中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(總庫(kù))、維普期刊資源整合服務(wù)平臺(tái)相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。根據(jù)Jadad量表對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。采用(Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)提供的RevMan 5.3分析軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入8項(xiàng)臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究(RCT)、608例有口臭癥狀患者。依據(jù)Meta分析結(jié)果,西帕依固齦液與安慰劑比較治療口臭的評(píng)分(organoleptic score,OS)[WMD=-0.43,95%CI(-0.57,-0.29)]、菌斑指數(shù)(plaque index,PLI)[WMD=-1.59,95%CI(-1.67,-1.51)]均顯示有顯著差異;西帕依固齦液與兩藥比較治療口臭OS[WMD=0.16,95%Cl(0.05,0.28)]效果略差且降低PLI[WMD=0.10,95%CI(0.03,0.18)]的抑菌效果也略差。西帕依固齦液與生理鹽水治療口臭臨床總有效率差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義[RR:1.64,95%CI(1.11,2.42)]。結(jié)論:西帕依固齦液治療口臭療效優(yōu)于安慰劑,可有效降低口臭值和菌斑指數(shù),與西藥相比降低口臭值、抑菌方面稍顯欠缺。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of cipail gingival fluid in the treatment of halitosis. Methods: the relevant documents of PubMed/ MEDLINEN CNKI CNKI (General Library, Web-based periodical Resource Integration Service platform) were searched by computer. The quality of the literature was evaluated according to the Jadad scale. Meta analysis was carried out with RevMan 5.3 software provided by Cochrane Cooperative Network.
