【摘要】：目的比較4%阿替卡因和2%利多卡因下牙槽神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉的效果。方法對98例需拔除雙側(cè)下頜阻生第三磨牙的患者行下牙槽神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉,在同一位患者兩側(cè)分別注射4%阿替卡因(試驗組)和2%利多卡因(對照組)100 mg,并行高速渦輪機微創(chuàng)拔牙。比較兩組麻醉顯效時間、患者術(shù)中疼痛程度及患者血壓和心率變化。結(jié)果試驗組麻醉顯效時間為(102.8±19.4)s,顯著低于對照組[(229.0±58.7)s,P0.05]。試驗組疼痛視覺模擬量表評分雖低于對照組,但組間無顯著差異(P0.05)。兩組麻醉時、翻瓣時、去骨時、縫合時患者的收縮壓、舒張壓和心率組間均無顯著差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論 4%阿替卡因可代替2%利多卡因行下牙槽神經(jīng)阻滯麻醉。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the effect of 4% atracaine and 2% lidocaine on inferior alveolar nerve block. Methods Ninety-eight patients with bilateral mandibular impacted third molars were anesthetized by inferior alveolar nerve block. In the same patient, 4% Atevacaine (trial group) and 2% lidocaine (control group, 100 mg) were injected on both sides of the same patient, respectively, with a high speed turbine for minimally invasive tooth extraction. The duration of anesthesia, the degree of intraoperative pain and the changes of blood pressure and heart rate were compared between the two groups. Results the effective time of anesthesia in the experimental group was 102.8 鹵19.4s, which was significantly lower than that in the control group (P 0.05). Although the scores of visual analogue scale of pain in the trial group were lower than those in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups during anesthesia, valvuloplasty, bone removal and suture. Conclusion 4% Atevacaine can replace 2% lidocaine in inferior alveolar nerve block anesthesia.
