酸蝕及粘結(jié)劑對(duì)聚醚醚酮粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的影響

【摘要】:目的:研究經(jīng)過(guò)不同表面處理后的聚醚醚酮與飾面樹脂間粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度的變化。實(shí)驗(yàn)方法:將聚醚醚酮樣品隨機(jī)分為4組進(jìn)行表面處理:98%濃硫酸酸蝕組,粘結(jié)劑處理組,98%濃硫酸酸蝕+粘結(jié)劑處理組和未處理對(duì)照組。各處理組再隨機(jī)分為2個(gè)亞組粘結(jié)飾面樹脂:GC Gradia組,Ceramage組。每個(gè)亞組隨機(jī)選出一半樣品用37℃蒸餾水浸泡24h,其余樣品冷熱循環(huán)10000次后,測(cè)量樣品的剪切粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,SPSS軟件統(tǒng)計(jì)分析數(shù)據(jù);體視顯微鏡檢查樣品斷裂界面,統(tǒng)計(jì)粘結(jié)失敗類型。結(jié)果:各表面處理實(shí)驗(yàn)組與空白對(duì)照組之間均存在統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,經(jīng)硫酸酸蝕處理的聚醚醚酮與Ceramage硬質(zhì)樹脂的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度最高(19.38±5.34)MPa,且與其他實(shí)驗(yàn)組有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異(P0.05)。在冷熱循環(huán)后,除粘結(jié)Gradia Direct樹脂的濃硫酸+粘結(jié)劑處理組外,其余實(shí)驗(yàn)組的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度明顯降低(P0.05)。結(jié)論:濃硫酸酸蝕與自酸蝕粘結(jié)劑均能提高聚醚醚酮與飾面樹脂的粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度,Gradia Direct飾面樹脂與經(jīng)濃硫酸+粘結(jié)劑處理的聚醚醚酮表面可形成穩(wěn)定的粘結(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the change of bond strength between polyether ether ketone and finishing resin after different surface treatment.
