【摘要】：目的觀察種植體周圍炎齦溝液內(nèi)牙齦卟啉單胞菌和血鏈球菌的變化情況及與種植體周袋探診深度、改良菌斑指數(shù)、改良齦溝出血指數(shù)、骨喪失指標(biāo)的關(guān)系。方法選取永康市第一人民醫(yī)院口腔科2013年6月-2015年12月種植修復(fù)1年以上種植體周圍炎患者30例為種植體周圍炎組,健康種植體患者30例為健康種植體組,采用電化學(xué)測菌法測定各組患者齦溝液內(nèi)牙齦卟啉單胞菌和血鏈球菌含量。結(jié)果種植體周圍炎組種植體齦溝液內(nèi)牙齦卟啉單胞菌檢出量高于健康對照牙(P0.05);種植體周圍炎組種植體齦溝液內(nèi)牙齦卟啉單胞菌檢出量高于健康種植體組(P0.05);種植體周圍炎組種植體齦溝液內(nèi)血鏈球菌檢出量低于健康對照牙(P0.05);種植體周圍炎組種植體齦溝液內(nèi)血鏈球菌檢出量低于健康種植體組(P0.05);種植體周圍炎組種植體周袋探診深度、改良菌斑指數(shù)、改良齦溝出血指數(shù)、骨喪失均高于健康種植體組(P0.05);種植體齦溝液內(nèi)牙齦卟啉單胞菌與種植體周袋探診深度、改良菌斑指數(shù)、改良齦溝出血指數(shù)、骨喪失均呈正相關(guān)(P0.05);種植體齦溝液內(nèi)血鏈球菌與種植體周袋探診深度、改良菌斑指數(shù)、改良齦溝出血指數(shù)、骨喪失均呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論種植體周圍炎齦溝液內(nèi)牙齦卟啉單胞菌含量增加,血鏈球菌含量降低,種植體周圍炎齦溝液內(nèi)牙齦卟啉單胞菌和臨床指標(biāo)呈正相關(guān),血鏈球菌和臨床指標(biāo)呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of Porphyromonas gingivalis and Streptococcus sanguis in peri-implant gingival crevicular fluid and their relationship with the probing depth of periimplant bag, the modified plaque index, the modified gingival sulcus bleeding index and the index of bone loss. Methods from June 2013 to December 2015, 30 patients with peri-implant inflammation and 30 healthy implants were selected from Department of Stomatology, the first people's Hospital of Yongkang City, from June 2013 to December 2015. The contents of porphyromonas gingivalis and streptococcus sanguis in gingival crevicular fluid were measured by electrochemical bacteria assay. Results the detectable amount of porphyromonas in gingival crevicular fluid in implant group was higher than that in healthy control group (P 0.05), and the detection amount of porphyromonas in gingival crevicular fluid in implant group was higher than that in healthy implant group (P 0.05). The detectable amount of streptococcus sanguis in implant gingival crevicular fluid was lower in the peri-implant group than that in the healthy control group (P 0.05); the detection rate of streptococcus sanguis in the implant gingival crevicular fluid in the implant group was lower than that in the healthy implant group; the detection depth of the periimplant bag in the periimplant group was lower than that in the control group. The improved plaque index, modified gingival sulcus bleeding index and bone loss were higher than those of the healthy implant group (P 0.05), and the probing depth of porphyromonas gingivalis in the gingival crevicular fluid, the improved plaque index, the modified gingival sulcus bleeding index, the depth of detection of porphyromonas gingivalis in the implant gingival crevicular fluid, There was a positive correlation between bone loss and the depth of probing in implant gingival crevicular fluid, improved plaque index, modified gingival sulcus bleeding index, and a negative correlation of bone loss between Streptococcus sanguis and peri-implant bag probing depth, improved plaque index, modified gingival sulcus bleeding index and bone loss. Conclusion the content of Porphyromonas gingivalis in periimplant gingival crevicular fluid increased and Streptococcus sanguis decreased. There was a positive correlation between porphyromonas gingivalis in gingivitis crevicular fluid and clinical indexes, and a negative correlation between Streptococcus sanguis and clinical indexes.
