【摘要】：背景:患者對種植義齒修復(fù)的滿意度在種植義齒的臨床推廣中具有重要意義。目的:調(diào)查上頜后牙連續(xù)缺失患者對連續(xù)單冠與連冠種植修復(fù)后的主觀滿意度。方法:選擇203例采取連續(xù)單冠與連冠粘接固位種植修復(fù)1年的上頜第一二磨牙連續(xù)缺失患者,其中單冠修復(fù)者99例,連冠修復(fù)者104例,進(jìn)行目測類比評分主觀滿意度問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:(1)選擇單冠組與連冠修復(fù)組的男女比例差異不大,年齡多分布35-64歲,連冠修復(fù)組食物嵌塞比例、連冠修復(fù)脫落比例大于單冠修復(fù)組,大部分患者沒有使用牙線的習(xí)慣;(2)單冠修復(fù)組、連冠修復(fù)組總體滿意度分別為88.96%和85.32%,兩組低于80的4項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均為:我敢用種植牙咬硬食物、我的種植牙容易被清潔、我的種植牙和天然牙相比需要更少時間清潔、我覺得種植牙價格合適可以接受;(3)方差分析結(jié)果顯示,食物嵌塞會影響咀嚼效果(P=0.047)、會使種植牙清潔工作變得困難(P=0.031)、會使患者感到不適(P=0.038),使用牙線可增強(qiáng)種植牙清潔效果(P=0.019)、大幅度減小刷牙出血問題(P=0.029);(4)結(jié)果表明,上頜后牙缺失患者采用單冠與連冠種植修復(fù)均可獲得較高滿意度;連冠修復(fù)組患者出現(xiàn)食物嵌塞現(xiàn)象更嚴(yán)重;連冠修復(fù)出現(xiàn)冠脫落現(xiàn)象更嚴(yán)重,單冠修復(fù)表現(xiàn)出更加優(yōu)良的特性。
[Abstract]:Background: patients' satisfaction with implant prosthesis is of great significance in the clinical application of implant denture.Objective: to investigate the subjective satisfaction of patients with continuous maxillary posterior tooth loss after continuous monocoronal and continuous crown implants.Methods: a total of 203 cases of maxillary first and second molars with continuous loss of maxillary first and second molars, including 99 cases of monocoronal restoration and 104 cases of continuous crown restoration, were selected for one year. The subjective satisfaction degree of visual analogue score was investigated.Results and conclusion: there was no significant difference between male and female ratio between single crown group and continuous crown restoration group. The age distribution was 35-64 years old. The proportion of food impaction in the continuous crown restoration group was higher than that in the single crown restoration group.Most of the patients were not used to floss. The total satisfaction of the two groups was 88.96% and 85.32, respectively. The four indexes below 80 were: I dare bite hard food with implant, my implant is easy to be cleaned.My dental implants need less time to clean than natural teeth, and I think implant prices are acceptable.) ANOVA results show,Food impaction will affect the masticatory effect (P0. 047), make it difficult to clean the implant teeth and make the patients feel uncomfortable with P0. 038. The use of dental floss can enhance the cleaning effect of dental implants P0. 019, and greatly reduce the bleeding problem of brushing teeth.The patients with maxillary posterior tooth loss could obtain higher satisfaction with single crown and multiple crown implants. The food impaction was more serious in the continuous crown repair group, and the crown loss was more serious in the continuous crown repair group.Single crown restoration shows better characteristics.
