【摘要】：目的分析用保守治療方法治療恒前牙水平根折的預后以及與愈合相關(guān)的因素。方法對安徽省口腔醫(yī)院2012-2016年期間的系統(tǒng)病歷中,觀察期≥3個月的恒前牙發(fā)生水平根折并行保守治療的病例進行回顧分析,記錄根折部位、牙根發(fā)育情況、就診間隔時間、固定時間、根折的愈合情況,應(yīng)用卡方檢驗方法分析與愈合相關(guān)的因素。結(jié)果本研究一共收集30份符合標準的病例,涉及患牙37顆,隨訪時間為3至34個月,37顆患牙中33顆愈合,愈合率為89.19%。其中鈣化組織愈合13顆,占35.14%,結(jié)締組織愈合12顆,占32.43%,骨組織和結(jié)締組織聯(lián)合愈合8顆,占21.62%,未愈合患牙4顆,占10.81%。分析多種與根折愈合有關(guān)的因素發(fā)現(xiàn)根折的部位、牙根發(fā)育情況、就診間隔時間、固定時間是對根折愈合率的影響無統(tǒng)計學差異。結(jié)論恒前牙水平根折保守治療的預后較好,根折的部位、牙根發(fā)育情況、就診間隔時間、固定時間與根折愈合率無相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the prognosis and related factors of healing in the treatment of horizontal root fracture of permanent anterior teeth by conservative treatment.Methods retrospective analysis was made on the patients with horizontal root fracture and conservative treatment of permanent anterior teeth in Anhui Stomatological Hospital from 2012 to 2016. The position of root fracture, the development of tooth root, and the interval between visits were recorded.Fixed time, root fracture healing, chi-square test method was used to analyze the factors related to healing.Results A total of 30 cases were collected in this study, 37 teeth were involved, 33 of 37 teeth were healed in 3 to 34 months, and the healing rate was 89.19.There were 13 calcified tissues healed (35.14), 12 connective tissues healed (32.43), 8 bone and connective tissues healed together (21.62%), 4 unhealed teeth (10.81%).According to the analysis of many factors related to root fracture healing, there was no significant difference in root fracture location, tooth root development, interval between visits, fixed time and the rate of root fracture healing.Conclusion the conservative treatment of horizontal root fracture of permanent anterior teeth has good prognosis. There is no correlation between the position of root fracture, the development of root root, the interval between treatment and treatment, the fixed time and the rate of root fracture healing.
