【摘要】：用RT-PCR和Western blot檢測57例口腔鱗癌組織及12例正常口腔黏膜組織中LATS2 mRNA和蛋白表達;發(fā)現(xiàn)口腔黏膜正常組織中LATS2 mRNA和蛋白的表達率為100%;口腔鱗癌組織中LATS2基因mRNA和蛋白的表達率分別為47.4%(27/57)和42.1%(24/57),二者表達具有明顯的相關(guān)性(P0.01),均與患者腫瘤的分化程度及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移明顯相關(guān)(P0.05)。
[Abstract]:RT-PCR and Western blot were used to detect the expression of LATS2 mRNA and protein in 57 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma and 12 cases of normal oral mucosa.It was found that the expression rate of LATS2 mRNA and protein was 100 in normal oral mucosa and 47.427 / 57 in LATS2 in oral squamous cell carcinoma, and 42.1 / 57 in oral squamous cell carcinoma, respectively. There was a significant correlation between the expression of LATS2 mRNA and protein in oral squamous cell carcinoma and the degree of tumor differentiation in patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC).And lymph node metastasis were significantly correlated with P0.05.
