【摘要】：目的:了解新疆昌吉地區(qū)哈薩克族體檢人員口腔健康知識(shí)、態(tài)度及行為(KAP)的現(xiàn)況,為針對(duì)性開展口腔保健知識(shí)教育提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。方法:針對(duì)到新疆昌吉州人民醫(yī)院口腔科體檢的哈薩克族人員300名,進(jìn)行口腔KAP的調(diào)查與分析研究。獲得有效問卷275份,采用Excel 2003將調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)雙份獨(dú)立錄入計(jì)算機(jī),應(yīng)用SPSS 17.0軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行χ2檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果:本組哈薩克族體檢者獲得口腔衛(wèi)生知識(shí)的主要途徑為媒體(69.4%),只有8.7%的人選擇定期進(jìn)行口腔檢查。僅有44%的體檢人員主動(dòng)獲取口腔衛(wèi)生保健知識(shí),64.4%的人相信健康教育。56%的人每天刷牙2次及2次以上,僅有4%的人選擇牙線。對(duì)口腔疾病的治療,69.5%的體檢者會(huì)選擇大型醫(yī)院的口腔科,僅有6.9%的人在選擇醫(yī)師上無所謂�？谇唤】抵R(shí)、態(tài)度、行為水平的發(fā)展不平衡,不同文化程度,經(jīng)濟(jì)收入高低之間的差異在口腔健康行為方面如刷牙次數(shù)及口腔疾病治療時(shí)對(duì)醫(yī)師、醫(yī)院的選擇均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:新疆昌吉地區(qū)哈薩克族體檢者的口腔健康知識(shí)較薄弱,口腔保健態(tài)度非常積極但其口腔健康行為卻不盡如人意,有待于進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)口腔健康教育及口腔健康知識(shí)的普及。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the oral health knowledge, attitude and behavior of Kazakh health examiners in Changji, Xinjiang, and to provide scientific basis for oral health education.Methods: to investigate and analyze oral KAP of 300 Kazakh people who were examined in the stomatology department of Changji people's Hospital in Xinjiang.Two hundred and seventy-five valid questionnaires were recorded by Excel 2003. The data were tested by 蠂 2 by SPSS 17.0 software package.Results: the main way to get oral hygiene knowledge of Kazakh people was media 69.4%, only 8.7% of them chose to have regular oral examination.Only 44% of the examiners took the initiative to acquire oral health care knowledge. 64.4% believed that .56% of the people brushed their teeth twice or more times a day, and only 4% chose floss.69.5% of the medical examiners would choose the stomatology department of the large hospital, and only 6.9% of the people would not care about the choice of doctors.The development of oral health knowledge, attitude, behavior level is uneven, the difference between different education level, economic income level in oral health behavior, such as brushing teeth and oral disease treatment for doctors,The choice of hospital was statistically significant.Conclusion: the oral health knowledge of Kazak people in Changji area of Xinjiang is relatively weak, oral health attitude is very positive, but oral health behavior is not satisfactory, so we should further strengthen oral health education and popularize oral health knowledge.
