【摘要】：目的研究牙周菌斑微生物感染與牙周炎的相關(guān)性,為臨床診治提供依據(jù)。方法選取2011年10月-2014年12月醫(yī)院收治的107例慢性牙周炎患者作為觀察組,另選取同期牙周健康者100名作為對(duì)照組,比較兩組受試者的基線資料,牙周檢查和病原菌檢出結(jié)果,分析菌斑微生物的感染與牙周炎患者臨床資料的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果兩組受試者的性別、年齡、高血壓、冠心病、呼吸和消化系統(tǒng)疾病比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義,其吸煙史和糖尿病史比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組受試者的探診深度(PD)、附著喪失(AL)、齦溝出血指數(shù)(SBI)和簡(jiǎn)化口腔衛(wèi)生指數(shù)(OHI-S)比較,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);兩組受試者病原菌檢出率比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),卟啉單胞菌、福賽坦菌、伴放線聚生桿菌、中間普氏菌、牙密螺旋體和直腸彎曲菌感染與牙周炎患者的臨床資料存在相關(guān)性,變黑普氏菌與牙周炎患者臨床資料無明顯相關(guān)性。結(jié)論慢性牙周炎患者口腔中菌斑微生物的檢出率明顯高于健康人,其中卟啉單胞菌、福賽坦菌、中間普氏菌、牙密螺旋體和直腸彎曲菌的感染與患者臨床表現(xiàn)具有一定的相關(guān)性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the correlation between periodontal plaque infection and periodontitis.Methods 107 patients with chronic periodontitis treated in our hospital from October 2011 to December 2014 were selected as observation group and 100 healthy people as control group. The baseline data, periodontal examination and pathogenic bacteria were compared between the two groups.To analyze the correlation between plaque microorganism infection and clinical data of periodontitis patients.Results there was no significant difference in sex, age, hypertension, coronary heart disease, respiratory and digestive diseases between the two groups.There were significant differences in smoking history and diabetes history between the two groups (P 0.05). The diagnostic depth, attachment loss, gingival sulcus bleeding index (SBI) and simplified oral health index (OHI-S) were compared between the two groups.There were significant differences in the detection rate of pathogenic bacteria between the two groups (P 0.05), Porphyromonas porphyromonas, Forcetin, actinomycobacterium actinomycetes, Platella intermedia,The clinical data of patients with periodontitis were correlated with the infection of Treponema denticularis and Campylobacter rectum, but not with the clinical data of patients with periodontitis.Conclusion the detection rate of plaque microbes in patients with chronic periodontitis was significantly higher than that in healthy persons, among which porphyromonas, Forsythias, Platinum intermedia were detected.The infection of Treponema denticularis and Campylobacter rectum was correlated with the clinical manifestations.
