【摘要】：目的:探討應(yīng)用骨膠原及富血小板纖維蛋白保存牙槽嵴的技術(shù)要點,評估其臨床效果。方法:選擇2006-07~2010-01間36例(42顆患牙)上前牙拔牙同期應(yīng)用骨膠原及富血小板纖維蛋白保存牙槽嵴的病例,延期種植、修復(fù),進行臨床和放射學(xué)評估,隨訪時間平均14.6個月(3~48個月)。結(jié)果:42個牙位中的5個牙位早期種植,37個牙位延期種植;42個牙位中的21個牙位簡單種植,7個牙位種植手術(shù)結(jié)合軟組織移植,14個牙位種植手術(shù)結(jié)合GBR植骨。平均牙間乳頭指數(shù)2.8,平均邊緣骨吸收0.27 mm,種植體成功率100%。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用骨膠原及富血小板纖維蛋白保存牙槽嵴短期臨床效果滿意。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of alveolar ridge preservation with collagen and platelet rich fibrin.Methods: 36 cases (42 teeth) with anterior tooth extraction were selected for alveolar ridge preservation with collagen and platelet-rich fibrin in the same period from July 2006 to January 2010. The patients were delayed implantation, repair, clinical and radiologic evaluation. The average follow-up time was 14.6 months or 3 ~ 48 months.Results: 5 of 42 teeth were implanted early, 37 were delayed, 21 of 42 were simple implant, 7 were combined with soft tissue transplantation, and 14 were implanted with GBR.The average interdental papilla index was 2.8, the average marginal bone resorption was 0.27 mm, and the implant success rate was 100 mm.Conclusion: the short-term clinical effect of alveolar ridge preservation with collagen and platelet-rich fibrin is satisfactory.
