【摘要】：目的:系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)西帕依固齦液治療單純性牙齦炎的臨床療效及對(duì)口臭值的改善。方法:計(jì)算機(jī)檢索CNKI中國(guó)知網(wǎng)(總庫(kù))(1979-2012)年、維普期刊資源整合服務(wù)平臺(tái)(1989-2013)年、美國(guó)圖書館PubMed/MEDLINE相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)。根據(jù)Jadad量表對(duì)納入文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)。采用Cochrane協(xié)作網(wǎng)提供的RevMan 5.2.0分析軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果:共納入4項(xiàng)臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照研究,共360例單純性牙齦炎患者。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,西帕依固齦液與生理鹽水、西藥比較治療單純性牙齦炎口臭值(OS)的加權(quán)均差(WMD)(95%置信區(qū)間)分別為-0.48(-0.81,-0.16)、0.04(-0.15,0.22);西帕依固齦液與生理鹽水、西藥比較治療單純性牙齦炎臨床療效相對(duì)危險(xiǎn)度(RR)(95%置信區(qū)間)分別為1.67(1.29,2.15)、1.22(0.35,4.20)。結(jié)論:當(dāng)前的臨床證據(jù)顯示,西帕依固齦液治療單純性牙齦炎療效優(yōu)于生理鹽水,與西藥作用相似,可降低牙齦炎患者口臭值,且無(wú)明顯副作用,服用方便。由于納入研究樣本量小且質(zhì)量較低,尚需開展高質(zhì)量、多中心、大樣本的臨床隨機(jī)雙盲對(duì)照試驗(yàn)加以證實(shí)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect and the improvement of halitosis in the treatment of simple gingivitis with cipayil gingival fluid.Methods: CNKI China Information Network (CNKI) (1979-2012), WIP periodical Resources Integration Service platform (1989-2013), PubMed/MEDLINE related documents in American libraries were searched.The quality of the literature was evaluated according to the Jadad scale.RevMan 5.2.0 analysis software provided by Cochrane cooperation network is used for Meta analysis.Results: a total of 360 patients with simple gingivitis were enrolled in 4 randomized controlled trials.The weighted mean difference (WMD) 95% confidence interval (WMD-95% confidence interval) for comparison of western medicine in treating simple gingivitis was -0.48 ~ (-1) -0.81 ~ (-0.16) ~ (0.04) ~ (0.150.22); the relative risk of clinical efficacy of sipanil in gingivitis was 1.67 / 1.292.2.22 ~ (2) ~ (1.220.22) ~ (0.35) ~ (4.20)), and the relative risk of comparison of western medicine in the treatment of simple gingivitis was 1.67 / 1.292.151.220.35 ~ (5) ~ (4.20) ~ (%).Conclusion: the current clinical evidence shows that the therapeutic effect of cipail gingival fluid on simple gingivitis is better than that of normal saline, similar to that of western medicine, it can reduce the halitosis value of gingivitis patients, and has no obvious side effects, so it is convenient to take.Because the sample size is small and the quality is low, high quality, multi-center, large sample clinical double-blind controlled trial should be carried out.
