純鈦微弧氧化—多巴胺—載杜仲提取物復合膜層生物相容性研究

【摘要】:目的:為改善純鈦種植體的生物學性能,對其表面進行超聲微弧氧化-多巴胺-杜仲提取物復合處理,探討純鈦微弧氧化載杜仲提取物生物膜層對金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌及成骨細胞生物相容性的影響,為其臨床應用提供參考和依據(jù)。方法:純鈦微弧氧化-多巴胺為A組,用以對照。純鈦微弧氧化-多巴胺-載0.003125g/ml、0.00625g/ml、0.009375g/ml杜仲提取物復合處理依次為實驗B、C、D組。純鈦微弧氧化-多巴胺-載杜仲提取物復合處理試件與金黃色葡萄球菌、大腸桿菌37℃恒溫箱內培養(yǎng),覆膜法檢測抗菌性;采用CCK-8法,SEM,ALP法檢測試件的細胞相容性。結果:C、D兩組具有較強的抗菌性。CCK-8與ALP分析表明,實驗組試件表面相比對照組更有利于細胞的粘附與增殖,順序為CDBA,四組均有統(tǒng)計學意義。激光共聚焦細胞骨架形態(tài)學顯示C、D兩組更利于細胞的鋪展和交聯(lián)。結論:四組材料均有良好的生物相容性,且C組純鈦微弧氧化-多巴胺-0.00625g/ml杜仲提取物生物相容性最佳。
