【摘要】：目的:1.從不同牙位、性別、年齡方面探討貴陽地區(qū)漢族中青年人上前牙牙頸部顏色色度值規(guī)律;2.探討貴陽地區(qū)漢族中青年人上前牙牙頸部顏色色度值與Vi tapan 3--D mas ter比色片頸部色度值的匹配情況。方法:在貴陽地區(qū),按納入標準招募漢族青中年志愿者360名,按年齡分為三組(20～29歲組、30～39歲組、40～49歲組),每組各120名,男女比例1:1。用Vita Easyshade Advance 4.0無線電腦比色儀測量每位受試者:右上頜前牙區(qū)中切牙、側切牙、尖牙牙頸部中央。記錄牙頸部色度值各要素(L*、a*、b*、C*、h*)值。所得數(shù)據(jù)均采用SPSS19.0統(tǒng)計軟件進行分析。結果:1.牙頸部顏色色度值的閾值:L*值:70.6～99,a*值:-1.7～9,b*值:14.4～50,C*值:14.4～50.2,h*值:78～97.1。2.不同牙位牙頸部的L*、a*、b*、C*、h*值之間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。經(jīng)兩兩比較,中切牙牙頸部L值最高,尖牙牙頸部L*值最低;尖牙牙頸部a*值最高,中切牙牙頸部a*值最低;側切牙與尖牙牙頸部b*值均高于中切牙,側切牙與尖牙b*值差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);側切牙與尖牙牙頸部C*值均高于中切牙,側切牙與尖牙C*值差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05);中切牙牙頸部h*值最高,尖牙牙頸部H值最低。3.不同性別之間前牙牙頸部色度值L*值(P=0.36),h*值(P=0.14);男性前牙牙頸部色度值a*、b*、C*值明顯高于女性(P0.01)。4.不同年齡段牙頸部的L*、a*、b*、C*、h*值之間差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。經(jīng)兩兩比較,40-49歲組的a*、b*、C*值最高;40-49歲組的L*、h*值最低,20-29歲組和30-39歲組的色度L*、a*值差異不具有顯著性。5.上前牙牙頸部色度L*、a*、b*、C*、h*的均值與Vitapan 3D-master相比均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.01)。結論:1.貴陽地區(qū)漢族中青年人不同牙位、不同性別和不同年齡段的上前牙牙頸部色度值有較大差異。2.Vitapan 3D-master比色片頸部顏色不能滿足貴陽地區(qū)漢族中青年人上前牙頸部的比色需求。
[Abstract]:Purpose 1.To explore the rule of color value of the neck color of anterior teeth of young and middle-aged Han people in Guiyang area from different tooth position, sex and age.To study the matching of color value of anterior teeth neck with vi tapan 3-D mas ter colorimetry in young and middle-aged Han people in Guiyang area.Methods: 360 young and middle aged Han volunteers were recruited according to the inclusion criteria in Guiyang area. According to their age, 360 volunteers were divided into three groups: 30 ~ 39 years old group, 30 ~ 39 years old group, 40 ~ 49 years old group, 120 in each group, the ratio of male to female was 1: 1.Vita Easyshade Advance 4.0 wireless computer colorimetry was used to measure the central incisor, lateral incisor and central incisor of right maxillary anterior teeth.The color value of the tooth neck was recorded.The data were analyzed by SPSS19.0 software.The result is 1: 1.The threshold value of color chroma value of the neck of teeth is: 70.6, 99a *,: -1.7n, 9nb *,: 14.4n, 50g, C*, 50.2h*, 78.77.1.2.The threshold value of the chrominance value of the neck of teeth is: 70.6, 99.9a *.There was a statistically significant difference in the value of C0. 01 ~ * between the two groups in the neck of different tooth positions (P < 0. 01, P < 0. 01).Compared with each other, the cervical L value of the central incisor is the highest, the L * of the canine is the lowest, the A * of the canine neck is the highest, the central incisor is the lowest, the B * value of the lateral incisor and the canine is higher than that of the central incisor.There was no significant difference in the values of B * between lateral incisors and canines (P 0.05), the values of C * in the neck of lateral incisors and canines were higher than those in central incisors, but there was no significant difference in C * values between lateral incisors and canines (P 0.05), and the value of H * in the neck of central incisors was the highest, and the H value in the neck of canines was the lowest (P 0.05).The color value of anterior tooth neck was 0.36% and P = 0.14% respectively, and the color value of male anterior tooth was significantly higher than that of female (P 0.01) and (4) of male anterior tooth neck color value (P = 0.36) and P = 0.14 (P = 0.14), respectively, while that of male anterior teeth was significantly higher than that of female (P < 0.01).There was a statistically significant difference in the value of C0. 01 ~ * between different age groups in the neck of teeth.There was no significant difference in the chrominance between the age group of 20-29 years old and the group of 30-39 years old. There was no significant difference between the two groups.Compared with Vitapan 3D-master, the average value of colority of anterior teeth was significantly higher than that of Vitapan 3D-master (P 0.01).Conclusion 1.There were significant differences in the color values of the anterior teeth neck among the young and middle-aged Han people in Guiyang area. 2.Vitapan 3D-master colorimetric film could not meet the needs of the upper anterior teeth neck colorimetric requirements of the Han nationality young and middle-aged people in Guiyang area.
