調(diào)磨拋光后2種金屬材料表面性能及細(xì)菌粘附的研究

【摘要】:目的:研究口腔修復(fù)材料鈷鉻合金(Co-Cr)和純鈦(Ti)在臨床調(diào)磨后使用不同拋光方法進(jìn)行處理,探討它們的表面性能及對(duì)變異鏈球菌粘附的影響,為臨床修復(fù)體選擇適合的拋光方法提供參考。方法:將鈷鉻合金(Co-Cr)和純鈦(Ti)制作成10mm×10mm×1.2mm規(guī)格試件,各30片,常規(guī)包埋鑄造切削打磨拋光,相同條件下調(diào)磨后,隨機(jī)分成五組,分別為A、B、C、D、E五組,A組為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)照組,不處理,B、C、D、E組按照不同的拋光方法進(jìn)行處理,掃描電子顯微鏡下觀察拋光后試件表面形貌,粗糙度測(cè)試儀測(cè)各組粗糙度值,消毒滅菌后進(jìn)行體外變異鏈球菌粘附實(shí)驗(yàn)并菌落計(jì)數(shù),統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:相同材料,不同拋光方法組間粗糙度(Ra)和細(xì)菌粘附量有顯著差異(P0.05);相同拋光方法,不同材料組間粗糙度(Ra)及細(xì)菌粘附量有顯著差異(P0.05),鈷鉻組拋光后測(cè)得的粗糙值均小于純鈦組;掃描電鏡下可見,兩種金屬表面可見鑄造氣孔,隨著拋光程序的增加,劃痕逐漸減少,表面越來(lái)越光滑;變異鏈球菌體外培養(yǎng)24h后試件表面細(xì)菌粘附量為:A、B、C組中鈷鉻合金細(xì)菌粘附量小于純鈦A、B、C組,但D、E組中鈷鉻合金細(xì)菌粘附量大于純D、E組,差別均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:1.本實(shí)驗(yàn)研究結(jié)果顯示細(xì)菌的粘附量與拋光的精細(xì)程度密切相關(guān),提示臨床修復(fù)體的打磨拋光應(yīng)盡可能獲得光滑表面,以便能在最大程度上減小其表面的菌斑積聚。2.使用氈輪+拋光膏與布輪+拋光液后,鈷鉻合金與純鈦試件表面光滑呈鏡面狀,可達(dá)到臨床理想的拋光效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effects of different polishing methods on the surface properties of cobalt chromium alloy Co-Cr and pure titanium tibia after clinical grinding, and to investigate their surface properties and their effects on the adhesion of Streptococcus mutans.It provides a reference for clinical prosthesis to select suitable polishing methods.The surface morphology of polished samples was observed under scanning electron microscope, roughness values of each group were measured by roughness tester, adhesion test of Streptococcus mutans in vitro and colony count were carried out after disinfection and sterilization.Statistical analysis.Results: there were significant differences in roughness Raand bacterial adhesion between the same materials and different polishing methods (P 0.05) and the same polishing methods.There were significant differences in roughness Raand bacterial adhesion between different material groups (P 0.05), rough values measured in cobalt chromium group were lower than those in pure titanium group, casting pores were observed on the surface of the two metals under scanning electron microscope, and with the increase of polishing procedure,After 24 h culture of Streptococcus mutans in vitro, the bacterial adhesion of Cobalt chromium alloy in group C was lower than that in group C of pure titanium, but the adhesion amount of bacteria in group D was higher than that in group D (n = 6), but the adhesion capacity of bacteria in group C was higher than that in group C (P < 0.05), but the adhesion capacity of bacteria in group C was higher than that in group C (P < 0.05).The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion 1.The results showed that the amount of bacteria adhesion was closely related to the fine degree of polishing. It suggested that the smooth surface should be obtained as much as possible in order to minimize the accumulation of plaque. 2.After using felt wheel polishing paste and cloth wheel polishing liquid, the surface of cobalt chromium alloy and pure titanium specimen is smooth and mirror, which can achieve the ideal polishing effect in clinic.
