【摘要】：目的研究成人個性化舌側矯治對牙周健康的影響。方法選擇成人正畸患者8例共48個牙位點,根據錯牙合畸形程度分為兩組,粘結舌側矯治器附件的單頜牙齒作為實驗組,暫時不粘結舌側矯治器附件的對頜牙齒作為對照組。在矯治前、矯治2個月、矯治6個月、矯治結束后1個月對牙齦指數(GI)、出血指數(BI)、菌斑指數(PLI)等變化進行檢測,并對數據進行統(tǒng)計分析;以上述8例患者作為舌側矯治組,另選8例唇側矯治患者,研究唇、舌側矯治牙周臨床檢測指標的差異。結果個性化舌側矯治的實驗組與對照組及矯治之前相比,矯治2個月及6個月后,GI、BI、PLI升高(P0.05),矯治結束后1個月,PLI升高(P0.05),GI、BI差異無統(tǒng)計學意義;唇、舌側矯治結束后兩組間GI、BI、PLI差異無統(tǒng)計學意義。結論舌側矯治會使成人菌斑指數升高,當患者形成正確的牙周健康理念、牙周維護較好時,不會引起牙齦和牙周炎癥,其為個性化舌側矯治普遍運用于臨床提供理論依據。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of individualized lingual correction on periodontal health in adults.Methods A total of 48 tooth sites were selected from 8 adult orthodontic patients. According to the degree of malocclusion malocclusion, the single jaw teeth attached to the lingual orthodontic appliance were used as the experimental group and the control group was used as the control group.The changes of gingival index (GI), bleeding index (BI) and plaque index (PLI) were detected before, 2 months and 6 months after correction.In addition, 8 patients with labial correction were selected to study the difference of clinical detection indexes between lip and tongue orthodontics.Results compared with the control group and the control group, after 2 and 6 months of treatment, the patients with individualized tongue side correction had higher P0.05i than the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups at 1 month after the end of the correction.There was no significant difference between the two groups after lingual correction.Conclusion lingual correction can increase the plaque index of adults. When patients form correct periodontal health concept and periodontal maintenance, gingival and periodontitis will not be caused, which provides a theoretical basis for the general application of individualized lingual correction in clinical practice.
