【摘要】：目的:通過應(yīng)用《口腔健康影響程度量表(OHIP-14中文版)》(以下簡稱《程度量表》測評慢性牙周炎對患者口腔健康相關(guān)生存質(zhì)量的影響。方法:使用《程度量表》對中山大學(xué)附屬口腔醫(yī)院牙周科符合納入/排除標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的102名患者進行調(diào)查,患者同時填寫《口腔健康自我評價表》記錄個體基本情況和自覺癥狀,并進行牙周檢查:牙周炎程度(輕、中、重度)、缺失牙數(shù)及探診深度5 mm的牙數(shù)。結(jié)果:102例慢性牙周炎患者的《程度量表》平均得分為14.72±7.29,普通人群(550個體)的平均得分為11.84±9.88,(Z=-4.15,P0.05)。經(jīng)歷過"牙齦退縮(P0.05)"、"牙齒疼痛(P0.05)"、"牙齒松動(P0.05)"的患者其生存質(zhì)量低于無經(jīng)歷過此類癥狀的患者。量表總得分與患者牙周炎的嚴(yán)重程度具相關(guān)性(r s=0.209,P0.05),與探診深度5 mm牙數(shù)的多少不具相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:慢性牙周炎患者總體口腔健康相關(guān)生存質(zhì)量低于牙周健康人群。
[Abstract]:Objective: to evaluate the effect of chronic periodontitis on oral health-related quality of life (QOL) by using OHIP-14 Chinese version.Methods: 102 patients who met the inclusion / exclusion criteria in the periodontal Department of the affiliated Stomatology Hospital of Sun Yat-sen University were investigated by using the scale of degree. The patients filled out the Self-Evaluation form of Oral Health and recorded the basic situation and symptoms of the individual at the same time.Periodontal examination: periodontitis degree (light, moderate, severe, missing teeth and probing depth of 5 mm teeth).Results the average score of < degree scale > of 102 patients with chronic periodontitis was 14.72 鹵7.29, and that of general population was 11.84 鹵9.88.Patients who had experienced "gingival retraction" (P0.05), "tooth pain (P0.05)" and "tooth loosening (P0.05)" had lower quality of life than those who had not experienced such symptoms.The total score of the scale was correlated with the severity of periodontitis, but not with the number of teeth at a depth of 5 mm.Conclusion: the quality of life related to oral health in patients with chronic periodontitis is lower than that in healthy people.
