【摘要】：背景:一次法根管治療的已受到臨床醫(yī)生的廣泛認可,新型的鎳鈦器械可以提高工作效率,提高治療效果與舒適度,符合患者的心理需求,同時也可以有效地減輕醫(yī)生的工作負擔(dān)。目的:評價3種不同運動模式鎳鈦器械聯(lián)合熱牙膠充填技術(shù)在一次法根管治療中的臨床療效。方法:將375例診斷為牙髓壞死或根尖周炎的患者,375顆患牙,隨機分為3組:Wave One往復(fù)運動組,Pro Taper連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)運動組和Twisted File Adaptive自適應(yīng)運動組,均采用冠向下法進行根管預(yù)備,給予超聲蕩洗后,予以連續(xù)波熱牙膠垂直加壓充填。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:3組根管預(yù)備時間差異有顯著性意義(P0.001),其中Wave One往復(fù)運動組用時最短,Pro Taper連續(xù)旋轉(zhuǎn)運動組用時最長。3組根管適充率無顯著性意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后24和72 h,3組疼痛率差異有顯著性意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后7 d,3組疼痛率差異無顯著性意義(P0.05)。說明相比較而言使用Wave One進行根管預(yù)備效率最高,成形效果好,而Twisted File Adaptive鎳鈦器械可顯著降低術(shù)后疼痛。
[Abstract]:Background: the primary root canal therapy has been widely accepted by clinicians. The new Ni-Ti device can improve the working efficiency, improve the therapeutic effect and comfort, and meet the psychological needs of the patients.At the same time, it can also effectively reduce the burden of work of doctors.Objective: to evaluate the clinical effect of three different sports models of nickel titanium instruments combined with hot gum filling in the treatment of one-time root canal.Methods: three hundred and seventy-five teeth were randomly divided into three groups: the Twisted Taper continuous rotation exercise group and the Twisted File Adaptive adaptive exercise group. The root canal preparation was performed by coronal downward method.After ultrasonic washing, continuous wave hot gum vertical compression filling was given.Results there was a significant difference in root canal preparation time between the three groups, and there was no significant difference in the filling rate of root canal in the Wave One reciprocating exercise group with the shortest time and the longest time in the Wave Taper continuous rotation group.There was significant difference in pain rate between 24 and 72 hours after operation (P 0.05).There was no significant difference in pain rate among the 3 groups 7 days after operation (P 0.05).The results showed that the root canal preparation with Wave One had the highest efficiency and good shaping effect, while the Twisted File Adaptive nickel titanium instrument could significantly reduce postoperative pain.
