【摘要】：目的通過(guò)建立兩組臨床種植修復(fù)模型,采用影像學(xué)方法比較平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移設(shè)計(jì)的骨水平種植體與軟組織水平種植對(duì)種植體頸部骨量保存的影響。方法選擇2009年1月-2012年12月60例在濱州市人民醫(yī)院口腔科門(mén)診就診的單顆后牙缺失的患者,隨機(jī)分為A、B兩組,均采用種植修復(fù)。對(duì)照組A組應(yīng)用的是韓國(guó)DIO公司生產(chǎn)的軟組織水平種植體(IFI),實(shí)驗(yàn)組B組植入的是韓國(guó)DIO公司生產(chǎn)的平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移設(shè)計(jì)的骨水平種植體(SM)。修復(fù)后觀察12個(gè)月并于12個(gè)月時(shí)拍攝根尖片,與修復(fù)后即刻拍攝的根尖片相比較,觀察種植體頸部骨量吸收的情況。結(jié)果兩組患者種植體均無(wú)松動(dòng),種植體周圍軟組織無(wú)紅腫、溢膿等感染的現(xiàn)象發(fā)生,種植體與骨組織形成良好的骨結(jié)合,成功率100%,患者對(duì)種植效果滿意。種植體頸部骨組織保存的評(píng)價(jià):修復(fù)前A、B兩組種植體頸部周圍骨吸收比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),修復(fù)后1年種植體頸部骨吸收存在明顯差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論在本實(shí)驗(yàn)觀察范圍內(nèi),平臺(tái)轉(zhuǎn)移設(shè)計(jì)的骨水平種植體在對(duì)后牙修復(fù)后種植體頸部骨量保存方面優(yōu)于軟組織水平種植體,其遠(yuǎn)期效果有待進(jìn)一步觀察。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish two groups of clinical implant restoration models and to compare the effects of horizontal bone implants and soft tissue implants designed by platform transfer on bone mass preservation in the neck of implants.Methods from January 2009 to December 2012, 60 patients with missing posterior teeth from outpatient department of Stomatology Department of Binzhou people's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups: group A and group B, all of which were treated with implant prosthesis.The control group A was treated with the soft tissue level implant made by DIO Company of Korea, and the experimental group B was implanted with the bone level implant designed by the DIO Company of Korea.The apical films were taken at 12 months after restoration and compared with those taken immediately after restoration to observe the absorption of bone mass in the implant neck.Results there was no loosening of implants, no swelling of soft tissue around implants, infection of abscess and so on. The implant and bone tissue formed a good bone union, and the success rate was 100%. The patients were satisfied with the effect of implantation.Evaluation of bone tissue preservation in implant neck: there was no significant difference in bone resorption between the two groups before and after repair (P 0.05), but there was a significant difference in bone resorption in implant neck one year after repair.Conclusion in the range of this experiment, the bone level implant designed by platform transfer is superior to the soft tissue horizontal implant in the preservation of the neck bone mass of the implant after posterior tooth restoration, and the long-term effect needs to be further observed.
