【摘要】：目的系統(tǒng)評(píng)價(jià)正畸治療過(guò)程中,自鎖托槽與結(jié)扎翼托槽對(duì)牙根吸收程度的影響。方法計(jì)算機(jī)檢索相關(guān)期刊論文、萬(wàn)方數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、中文科技期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)(VIP)、中國(guó)生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、Cochrane library臨床隨機(jī)對(duì)照試驗(yàn)庫(kù)、Medline數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)、PubMed、Embase數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),篩選出比較自鎖托槽組與結(jié)扎翼托槽組對(duì)牙根吸收影響的文獻(xiàn),檢索時(shí)間均從建庫(kù)至2013年6月30日。由兩位研究者獨(dú)立評(píng)價(jià)納入研究的質(zhì)量并提取資料,采用RevMan5.2.1軟件進(jìn)行Meta分析。結(jié)果最終納入3個(gè)研究。Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,自鎖托槽組與傳統(tǒng)結(jié)扎翼托槽組的根外吸收量在上頜中切牙[MD=-0.20,95%CI(-1.45~1.05),P=0.75]、上頜側(cè)切牙[MD=0.53,95%CI(-0.50~1.56),P=0.31]、下頜中切牙[MD=-0.01,95%CI(-0.22~0.20),P=0.92]和下頜側(cè)切牙[MD=-0.31,95%CI(-1.33~0.71),P=0.55]均差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。結(jié)論矯治器類(lèi)型可能并不是影響牙根吸收的主要因素,正畸醫(yī)生可根據(jù)自鎖托槽和傳統(tǒng)結(jié)扎翼托槽各自的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)并結(jié)合患者錯(cuò)牙合畸形的具體情況選用托槽。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effects of self-locking brackets and ligated pterygoid brackets on root resorption during orthodontic treatment.Methods Chinese Journal full-text database, Wanfang database, Chinese sci-tech journal database and Chinese biomedical literature database were searched by computer. Cochrane library clinical randomized controlled trial database was used to search Medline database.The effects of self-locking bracket group and ligated pterygoid bracket group on root resorption were compared. The retrieval time was from the construction of the database to June 30, 2013.The quality of the study was evaluated by two researchers and the data were extracted.
