【摘要】：目的:研究糖尿病及糖調(diào)節(jié)受損人群口腔念珠菌感染情況。方法:按照血糖水平將328例血糖異常的患者分為A組(糖尿病組)166例和B組(糖調(diào)節(jié)受損組)162例。另選擇同期在我院門診體檢的血糖正常人群168例為(C組)對(duì)照組。統(tǒng)計(jì)受檢者念珠菌攜帶、感染、陽(yáng)性情況,記錄受檢者空腹血糖、唾液酸堿度、唾液流量,對(duì)唾液念珠菌陽(yáng)性、感染的影響因素行Logistic回歸分析。結(jié)果:A組口腔念珠菌感染率和陽(yáng)性率均最高,高于B組和C組(P0.01)。A組、B組唾液酸堿度、唾液流量均低于C組(均P0.01)。A組空腹血糖水平最高,高于B組和C組(P0.01),且B組空腹血糖水平高于C組(P0.01)。結(jié)論:年齡、吸煙、配戴義齒和合并系統(tǒng)性疾病等因素與口腔念珠菌檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性及感染密切相關(guān),為其主要危險(xiǎn)因素。因此,念珠菌感染的高危人群應(yīng)建立健康的生活習(xí)慣、密切監(jiān)測(cè)血糖水平、保持口腔衛(wèi)生,做好念珠菌感染的防治工作。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the oral candida infection in patients with diabetes mellitus and impaired glucose regulation.Methods: 328 patients with abnormal blood glucose were divided into two groups: group A (166 cases of diabetes mellitus) and group B (162 cases of impaired glucose regulation group).Another 168 cases of normal blood glucose were selected as control group.The positive rate of Candida spp. The fasting blood glucose, the pH of saliva, the flow of saliva, the positive rate of Candida saliva and the influencing factors of infection were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results the infection rate and positive rate of oral candida were the highest in group 1: 1, higher than those in group B and group C, respectively, and the saliva flow was lower than that in group C (P 0.01), and the fasting blood glucose level in group A was the highest.The fasting blood glucose level in group B was higher than that in group C and group B was higher than that in group C.Conclusion: age, smoking, denture wear and complicated systemic diseases are closely related to the positive detection of oral candida and infection, which are the main risk factors.Therefore, the high risk population of Candida infection should establish healthy living habits, closely monitor blood sugar level, maintain oral hygiene, and do a good job in the prevention and treatment of Candida infection.
