【摘要】：目的探討全口超聲齦下刮治兩次法治療老年輕中度慢性牙周炎的療效。方法選取2011年7月至2013年7月在該院就診的112例輕中度慢性牙周炎患者,隨機(jī)分為觀察組和對照組,每組56例,觀察組采取全口超聲齦下刮治兩次法治療,對照組采用傳統(tǒng)的分區(qū)進(jìn)行齦下刮治和根面平整方法治療,分別對不同時(shí)期的出血指數(shù)(GBI)、探診出血(BOP)陽性位點(diǎn)率、探診深度(PD)及附著水平(AL)等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評定,并對治療前后患者的生活質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評定。結(jié)果兩組患者術(shù)后1、3個(gè)月時(shí)的GBI以及BOP陽性位點(diǎn)率相比于術(shù)前均明顯減少;兩組患者的PD及AL術(shù)后1、3個(gè)月相比于治療前均逐漸降低(均P0.05)。但GBI、BOP陽性位點(diǎn)率、PD及AL等指標(biāo)在同一時(shí)期兩組間相比差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。觀察組和對照組治療后的生活質(zhì)量分別為(56.48±6.74)分、(56.44±6.69)分,與各組治療前的(42.18±7.22)分、(42.21±7.31)分相比均明顯提高(均P0.05);但兩組間對比差異均無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P0.05)。結(jié)論全口超聲齦下刮治兩次法治療老年輕中度慢性牙周炎療效確切,能夠有效提高老年患者術(shù)后的生活質(zhì)量,并且具有方便、高效、治療徹底的優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy of subgingival curettage in the treatment of mild to moderate chronic periodontitis in the elderly.Methods 112 patients with mild to moderate chronic periodontitis from July 2011 to July 2013 were randomly divided into two groups: observation group (n = 56) and control group (n = 56).In the control group, subgingival curettage and root surface leveling were used to evaluate the bleeding index (GBIN), the positive rate of BOP, the depth of diagnosis (PDD) and the adhesion level (ALL) in different periods.The quality of life of patients before and after treatment was evaluated.Results the positive rates of GBI and BOP in both groups were significantly lower than those before operation at 1 month and 3 months after operation, and the rates of PD and AL decreased gradually at 1 month and 3 months after treatment (all P 0.05).However, there was no significant difference in the positive rate of GBII-BOP, PD and AL between the two groups in the same period (all P 0.05).Conclusion the treatment of chronic periodontitis by subgingival curettage with full oral ultrasound is effective and effective. It can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly patients after operation and has the advantages of convenience, high efficiency and thorough treatment.
