鈦表面堿酸熱處理的體外實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:通過堿、稀酸、熱處理在純鈦表面構(gòu)建納米級(jí)網(wǎng)狀生物活性層,采用場發(fā)射電鏡和X射線能量色散譜儀觀察三組試件表面微觀形貌和元素組成。小鼠骨髓間充質(zhì)干細(xì)胞與三組試件共培養(yǎng),體外評(píng)價(jià)試件表面的生物活性。結(jié)果表明堿酸熱處理組試件表面仍呈現(xiàn)精細(xì)的網(wǎng)狀結(jié)構(gòu),堿酸熱處理可以脫除試件表面鈉元素。體外細(xì)胞培養(yǎng)結(jié)果表明,堿酸熱處理表面具有良好的生物活性。
[Abstract]:Nanoscale bioactive layer was constructed on the surface of pure titanium by alkali, dilute acid and heat treatment. The surface morphology and elemental composition of the three groups of specimens were observed by field emission electron microscopy and X-ray energy dispersive spectrometer. The bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells of mice were co-cultured with the three groups of specimens. The results of in vitro evaluation of the surface biological activity of the samples showed that the surface of the samples treated with alkali acid still showed fine reticular structure, and the sodium element on the surface of the samples could be removed by alkali acid heat treatment. The results of cell culture in vitro showed that the surface of the samples was treated with alkali-acid heat treatment. The surface of alkali-acid heat treatment has good biological activity.
