【摘要】：目的探討牙周與正畸聯(lián)合治療侵襲性牙周炎(AgP)患者的療效及對(duì)牙周功能的影響。方法 AgP患者72例,隨機(jī)分為觀察組(n=36)和對(duì)照組(n=36),對(duì)照組給予牙周基礎(chǔ)性治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組的基礎(chǔ)上加以正畸治療,比較兩組在治療后同期牙周臨床指數(shù)[菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、牙周探診深度(PD)、出血指數(shù)(BI)]、牙齒松緊度和對(duì)AgP治療的總有效率。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率高于對(duì)照組,PLI、PD、BI指標(biāo)低于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。結(jié)論聯(lián)合使用牙周和正畸治療可降低AgP的牙周臨床指數(shù),療效顯著,同時(shí)可改善AgP牙周的功能,降低牙齒松緊度。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of periodontal and orthodontic treatment on aggressive periodontitis and its effect on periodontal function. Methods 72 patients with AgP were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group (n = 72) and the control group (n = 36). The control group was treated with basic periodontal therapy. The observation group was treated with orthodontic treatment on the basis of the control group. The periodontal clinical index (plaque index, periodontal probing depth, bleeding index), the tooth tightness and the total effective rate of AgP treatment were compared between the two groups in the same period after treatment. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. Conclusion combined use of periodontal and orthodontic treatment can reduce the periodontal clinical index of AgP. The curative effect is remarkable, at the same time, it can improve the periodontal function of AgP and reduce tooth tightness.
