【摘要】：目的探討頜骨單純性骨囊腫的臨床、手術及放射學特點。方法收集頜骨單純性骨囊腫病例的資料,對其臨床、影像學、手術及隨訪情況進行回顧性研究。結果 11例頜骨單純性骨囊腫患者中,女性8例,男性3例。10例(90.9%)患者無癥狀,1例(9.1%)患者出現(xiàn)腫脹。所有的病例均發(fā)生于下頜骨且為孤立性病變,無外傷史。10例(90.9%)病變表現(xiàn)為單房,1例(9.1%)表現(xiàn)為多房。病變的形狀可分為錐形、圓形、卵圓形、不規(guī)則形,分別有3、2、4、2例。10例行手術探查并搔刮骨壁治療,其中7例(70%)術中發(fā)現(xiàn)病變骨腔為空腔,2例(20%)為漿液,1例(10%)為血性漿液。采取手術治療的3例病變完全愈合,7例顯示骨腔內(nèi)有新骨形成。結論頜骨單純性骨囊腫通常無癥狀,下頜骨發(fā)病率較高,無明顯外傷史,大多數(shù)病變骨腔為空腔。單純行骨壁搔刮術是單純性骨囊腫的一種有效的治療方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical, operative and radiological features of simple bone cyst of jaw. Results among 11 cases of simple bone cyst of jaw, 8 cases were female. All cases occurred in the mandible and were solitary lesions, and none had a history of trauma. The lesion presented as a single loculae (1 case, 9.1g). The shape of the lesion could be divided into cones, the shape of the lesion can be divided into cones, the shape of the lesion can be divided into cones, and the shape of the lesion can be divided into cones, the shape of the lesion can be divided into cones, and the shape of the lesion can be divided into cones. Round, oval, irregular, 2 cases of 2 cases were treated with surgical exploration and curettage of bone wall. During the operation, 7 cases (70%) found that the diseased bone cavity was empty in 2 cases (20 cases)) and 1 case of serous fluid (10 cases) was blood serous. 3 cases of complete healing of the lesions by operation showed new bone formation in the cavity of bone. Conclusion simple bone cyst of jaw bone is usually asymptomatic. The incidence of mandible is high, there is no obvious history of trauma, and most of the lesions are cavity. Simple bone wall curettage is an effective treatment for simple bone cyst.
