種植體支持的磁性附著體下頜覆蓋義齒的三維有限元分析

【摘要】:目的對(duì)自然牙根和種植體混合支持的磁固位全口覆蓋義齒進(jìn)行受力分析。方法采用CT技術(shù)、計(jì)算機(jī)圖像處理系統(tǒng)及Solidworks有限元軟件,根據(jù)自然牙根與種植體不同組合,放置兩對(duì)磁性附著體,建立三組下頜覆蓋義齒的三維有限元模型。在不同的應(yīng)力加載下對(duì)三組模型中自然牙和種植體頸部骨應(yīng)力進(jìn)行計(jì)算對(duì)比、分析。結(jié)果一側(cè)自然牙根、一側(cè)種植體組時(shí),種植體周圍骨應(yīng)力已經(jīng)超出了牙槽骨所能承受的范圍;在尖牙區(qū)使用兩個(gè)種植體或是兩個(gè)自然牙根做基牙的覆蓋義齒受力時(shí),基牙周圍骨應(yīng)力分布較均勻。結(jié)論磁性附著體的結(jié)構(gòu)能比其他類型的附著體更好地防止側(cè)向力對(duì)基牙的損害。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the force of magnetic retention complete overdenture supported by natural root and implant. Methods CT technique, computer image processing system and Solidworks finite element software were used according to different combinations of natural root and implant. Three dimensional finite element models of three groups of mandibular overdentures were established by placing two pairs of magnetic attachments. In the unilateral implant group, the stress around the implant was beyond the range of alveolar bone; in the canine region, when two implants or two natural roots were used as overdentures, Conclusion the structure of magnetic attachment is better than other types of attachment to prevent damage to abutment teeth caused by lateral force.
