【摘要】：目的:觀察加強(qiáng)型流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂修復(fù)恒磨牙窩溝齲的臨床療效。方法:選擇雙側(cè)同名恒磨牙或相鄰恒磨牙均已發(fā)生窩溝齲的患者85例共170個(gè)牙,采用自體對(duì)照法,隨機(jī)選擇一側(cè)窩溝齲牙為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,對(duì)側(cè)或相鄰窩溝齲牙為對(duì)照組。去腐后實(shí)驗(yàn)組用加強(qiáng)型流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂Beautifil Flow Plus F03治療;對(duì)照組采用傳統(tǒng)光固化復(fù)合樹(shù)脂BeutifilⅡpolymer治療,治療后6、12、18個(gè)月復(fù)查。采用改良的美國(guó)公共衛(wèi)生署評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行療效評(píng)估,統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:2組在治療后6、12個(gè)月,各項(xiàng)復(fù)查指標(biāo)差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05);實(shí)驗(yàn)組治療后18個(gè)月充填體完整性、邊緣著色的成功率分別為98.78%和97.56%,對(duì)照組分別為90.24%和89.02%(P0.05),在繼發(fā)齲和術(shù)后敏感方面實(shí)驗(yàn)組無(wú)失敗病例,對(duì)照組發(fā)生2例。結(jié)論:加強(qiáng)型流動(dòng)樹(shù)脂治療窩溝齲優(yōu)于光固化樹(shù)脂。
[Abstract]:Objective: To observe the clinical effect of resin flow strengthen permanent molar fissure caries. Methods: bilateral homonymous molars or adjacent molars have occurred fissure caries of 85 patients with 170 teeth, using auto control method, randomly selected one side of fissure caries teeth as the experimental group, the contralateral or adjacent fossa ditch tooth decay as the control group. The experimental group used to rot after enhanced Beautifil Flow Plus F03 flowable resin treatment; the control group used the traditional light cured composite resin Beutifil II polymer treatment, 6,12,18 months after the review. The efficacy evaluation, for the United States public health service evaluation criteria using improved statistical analysis. Results: in the 2 groups 6,12 months after treatment, there was no significant difference of the review index (P0.05); the whole 18 months filling of experimental group after treatment, the edge coloring success rates were 98.78% and 97.56%, the control group were 90.24% and 89.02% (P0.05), There were no cases of failure in the experimental group of secondary caries and postoperative sensitivity, and 2 cases in the control group. Conclusion: the enhanced flow resin was superior to the light curing resin in the treatment of pit and fissure caries.
