摩爾比對(duì)三元共聚物和GBR膜的性能影響

【摘要】:本研究合成了一系列不同摩爾比的丙交酯/乙交酯/三亞甲基碳酸酯(DLLA/GA/TMC)三元共聚物(PLGTMC),并用于制備引導(dǎo)骨再生(GBR)可吸收膜。通過(guò)凝膠滲透色譜和核磁氫譜對(duì)共聚物進(jìn)行表征,并進(jìn)行差示掃描量熱、X-射線衍射和拉伸測(cè)試,研究了摩爾比對(duì)共聚物和GBR膜熱性能、結(jié)晶性能和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明共聚物和GBR膜玻璃化轉(zhuǎn)變溫度和拉伸強(qiáng)度隨TMC含量增加呈現(xiàn)降低趨勢(shì),結(jié)晶性和斷裂伸長(zhǎng)率隨TMC含量增加呈現(xiàn)增加趨勢(shì),其中TMC含量為25%的GBR膜有望用于下一步的動(dòng)物及臨床試驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:In this study, a series of different molar ratios of lactide / glycolide / trimethylenesulfonic acid (DLLA / GA / TMC) terpolymer were synthesized and used to prepare guided bone regeneration (GBR) absorbable membranes. The copolymers were characterized by gel permeation chromatography and NMR. The thermal properties of copolymers and GBR films were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) and tensile tests. The results show that the glass transition temperature and tensile strength of the copolymer and GBR film decrease with the increase of TMC content, and the crystallinity and elongation at break increase with the increase of TMC content. The GBR membrane with 25% TMC content is expected to be used in the next animal and clinical trials.
