【摘要】：正中國人口老齡化的高峰即將到來,據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì),2015年60歲及以上人口達(dá)到2.22億,占總?cè)丝诘?6.15%。預(yù)計(jì)到2020年,老年人口達(dá)到2.48億,老齡化水平達(dá)到17.17%~([1])。老年患者群體日漸龐大,老年人因牙體牙周疾病致大范圍缺牙者多。缺牙致使牙槽骨吸收而發(fā)生牙槽嵴高度消失、上下牙弓比例失衡。老年人因頜骨腫瘤手術(shù)造成的頜骨缺失,對(duì)種植修復(fù)造成不良效果。骨移植材料目前已在拔牙位點(diǎn)保存術(shù)、牙槽嵴骨增
[Abstract]:Is the aging population China the upcoming summit, according to statistics, in 2015 the population aged 60 and over reached 222 million, the total population of 16.15%. is expected to 2020, the elderly population reached 248 million, aging level reached 17.17%~ ([1]). The group of elderly patients with increasingly large elderly due to missing teeth in large range caused by periodontal disease more. Edentulous alveolar bone resorption and the height of alveolar crest disappeared, the upper and lower dental arch imbalance. The elderly due to bone tumor surgery adverse effect on bone loss, implant prosthesis. Bone graft materials have been present in the extraction site preservation of alveolar bone.
