【摘要】：目的分析高原地區(qū)牙周炎患者唾液中3種牙周致病菌與牙周臨床指標(biāo)的關(guān)系。方法對(duì)高原地區(qū)慢性牙周炎(chronic periodontitis,CP)患者和牙周健康(periodontal health,PH)人群共100名受檢者進(jìn)行牙周檢查,記錄探診出血情況(bleeding on probing,BOP)、探診深度(probing depth,PD)和臨床附著喪失(attachment loss,AL)。收集各受檢者的非刺激全唾液,使用PCR方法檢測(cè)牙齦卟啉單胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,Pg)、福賽坦菌(Tannerella forsythia,Tf)和齒垢密螺旋體(Treponema denticola,Td)的陽(yáng)性檢出率。結(jié)果 CP組Pg、Tf、Td檢出率均明顯高于PH組(P0.05);BOP陽(yáng)性組3種細(xì)菌檢出率均明顯高于BOP陰性組(P0.05);隨著PD和AL的增加,Pg、Tf、Td檢出率也增高。結(jié)論高原慢性牙周炎患者唾液中Pg、Tf和Td的檢出率與牙周臨床指標(biāo)呈正相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the relationship between three kinds of periodontal pathogenic bacteria in saliva of patients with periodontitis at high altitude and periodontal clinical indexes. Methods periodontal examinations were performed in 100 patients with chronic periodontitis (CPD) and healthy controls (PHH). Record bleeding on probing Bop, probe depth probing (PD) and clinical attachment attachment loss. Collect non-stimulative total saliva of all subjects. The positive rates of Porphyromonas gingivalis, Tannerella forsythia Tffand Treponema denticola Td. in CP group were significantly higher than those in PH group. With the increase of PD and AL, the detection rate of TfTd in the saliva of patients with chronic periodontitis at high altitude was positively correlated with the clinical parameters of periodontal disease.
