【摘要】：模擬臨床咬合,對(duì)種植術(shù)與分根術(shù)聯(lián)合修復(fù)后的牙體進(jìn)行功能性早期負(fù)載,得到下頜骨各階段的最大變形量,從而研究縮短種植術(shù)與分根術(shù)聯(lián)合修復(fù)周期的可行性。采用反求的方法得到實(shí)驗(yàn)?zāi)Ｐ?在沒(méi)有形成骨結(jié)合的情況下對(duì)術(shù)后牙體施加動(dòng)態(tài)載荷,通過(guò)有限元計(jì)算得出在整個(gè)咬合周期內(nèi)下頜骨的變形分布規(guī)律。最大變形量出現(xiàn)在受力角度達(dá)到最大處,且小于產(chǎn)生纖維性結(jié)合的最小閥值150μm,可以用早期負(fù)重代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)延期負(fù)重作為治療種植術(shù)與分根術(shù)聯(lián)合治療方法,并且可以縮短治療周期。
[Abstract]:In order to simulate the clinical occlusal and to carry out the functional early loading on the teeth repaired by implants and root-splitting, the maximum deformation of the mandible in each stage was obtained. In order to study the feasibility of shortening the repair period of implant and root splitter, the experimental model was obtained by reverse method, and the dynamic load was applied to the tooth body without bone union. Through finite element calculation, the deformation distribution of the mandible during the whole occlusal cycle is obtained. The maximum deformation occurs at the maximum force angle. And less than the minimum threshold of 150 渭 m to produce fibrous binding, early weight loading can be used instead of traditional delayed load as the combined treatment of implant and root division, and the treatment cycle can be shortened.
