【摘要】：目的:采用微剪切方法分析不同濃度碳二亞胺[1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide,EDC]乙醇溶液處理牙本質(zhì)表面對自酸蝕粘接劑粘接強度和斷裂模式的影響。方法:收集離體健康智齒80顆,隨機分為5組,每組16顆。低速切割機暴露牙合面中層牙本質(zhì)后使用兩步法自酸蝕粘接劑(Clearfil SE Bond)進行牙本質(zhì)粘接,所有試件設(shè)計為粘接半徑1 mm、高3 mm的樹脂柱試件。粘接時除空白組按常規(guī)步驟完成粘接外,其余4組在Ⅰ液(底涂劑)處理后,分別采用3種濃度(0.01 mol/L、0.3 mol/L、0.5 mol/L)的EDC乙醇溶液和乙醇溶劑對牙本質(zhì)表面處理1 min后涂布Ⅱ液(粘接劑)完成粘接。將所有試件放入含0.5%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))氯胺T生理鹽水浸泡24 h后進行微剪切實驗,并在體式顯微鏡下觀察試件斷裂模式。結(jié)果:0.01 mol/L、0.3 mol/L、0.5 mol/L EDC處理組、乙醇溶劑處理組的即刻微剪切粘接強度分別為(35.29±8.97)MPa、(40.24±9.68)MPa、(37.38±9.66)MPa、(37.49±7.76)MPa,高于空白組(33.81±7.98)MPa,各組差異均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);斷裂模式在各組間差異也無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:不同濃度的EDC乙醇溶液處理對牙本質(zhì)自酸蝕粘接劑的即刻粘接強度、斷裂模式?jīng)]有影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the effect of ethanol solution treatment of different concentrations of 1-ethyl-3-dimethylaminopropylcarbodiimide EDC (EDC) on the adhesive strength and fracture mode of self-etching adhesive. Methods: 80 healthy healthy teeth were collected and randomly divided into 5 groups. 16 in each group. After exposure to the middle dentin of the occlusal surface, a two-step self-etching adhesive (Clearfil SE Bond) was used for dentin bonding. All specimens were designed to be resin column specimens with a adhesive radius of 1 mm and a height of 3 mm. In addition to the blank group, the other 4 groups were treated with liquid I (bottom coating), except for the blank group.
