【摘要】：目的探討上頜部黏液表皮樣癌的MRI影像表現(xiàn),為臨床提供診斷依據(jù)。方法收集5例上頜部黏液表皮樣癌病例進(jìn)行影像分析。結(jié)果 5例病例均行病理分析檢查為黏液表皮樣癌。MRI特點(diǎn)表現(xiàn)為T1WI等低信號(hào),T2WI、SPAIR呈高信號(hào),增強(qiáng)不均勻強(qiáng)化改變。結(jié)論 MRI影像檢查對(duì)黏液表皮樣癌在臨床診斷及治療應(yīng)用上具有一定的診斷價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the MRI imaging of maxillary mucoepidermoid carcinoma, provide the basis for clinical diagnosis. Image analysis methods to collect 5 cases with maxillary mucoepidermoid carcinoma cases. Results 5 cases were examined by pathological analysis of mucoepidermoid carcinoma.MRI characteristics of T1WI low signal, T2WI, SPAIR showed high signal. Enhanced uneven enhancement change. Conclusion MRI imaging for mucoepidermoid carcinoma has certain diagnostic value in clinical diagnostic and therapeutic applications.
