【摘要】：目的觀察奧硝唑羧甲基殼聚糖聯(lián)合透明質(zhì)酸輔助牙周基礎(chǔ)治療老年慢性牙周炎的效果。方法將120例老年慢性牙周炎患者隨機分為兩組各60例,均行牙周基礎(chǔ)治療;術(shù)后對照組從牙周袋底部注入透明質(zhì)酸,觀察組注入奧硝唑羧甲基殼聚糖聯(lián)合透明質(zhì)酸,每周復診放藥1次,共4次。治療后評價兩組臨床療效,治療前后檢查菌斑指數(shù)(PLI)、出血指數(shù)(BI)、探針深度(PD)、附著喪失(AL),采集齦下菌斑并用光學顯微鏡觀察螺旋體所占百分比(S%),采用苯甲酰精氨酸萘酰胺試驗檢測齦下菌斑胰蛋白酶樣酶(TLE)。結(jié)果觀察組總有效率為93.33%,高于對照組的78.33%(P0.05)。治療前兩組PLI、PD、AL、BI及S%、TLE比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P均0.05);治療后兩組PLI、PD、AL、BI及S%、TLE均下降,觀察組PLI、PD、AL、BI及S%、TLE均低于對照組(P均0.05)。結(jié)論奧硝唑羧甲基殼聚糖聯(lián)合透明質(zhì)酸輔助牙周基礎(chǔ)治療老年慢性牙周炎療效較好,可明顯改善患者牙周相關(guān)指標,降低齦下菌斑螺旋體數(shù)量及TLE水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the effect of ornidazole carboxymethyl chitosan combined with hyaluronic acid in the treatment of chronic periodontitis in elderly patients. The control group was injected with hyaluronic acid from the bottom of the periodontal bag, and the observation group was injected with ornidazole carboxymethyl chitosan combined with hyaluronic acid. Before and after treatment, plaque index (PLI), bleeding index (BI), probe depth (PDD), attachment loss (ALP), subgingival plaque were collected and observed by optical microscope. Subgingival plaque was detected by benzoyl arginine naphthalamide test. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33, which was higher than that of the control group (78.33%, P 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05), and after treatment, the levels of PLII-PD-ALBI and Schi-TLE in the two groups were decreased, and the levels of PLII-PD-ALBI and SG-TLE in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ornidazole carboxymethyl chitosan combined with hyaluronic acid in the treatment of periodontal periodontitis in the elderly is better than that in the control group. It can obviously improve the periodontal index and reduce the number of subgingival plaque spirochetes and the level of TLE.
