【摘要】：目的:隨著生活水平的提高與時(shí)代的進(jìn)步,人們對(duì)于牙齒美白的要求日漸強(qiáng)烈。近年來,口腔護(hù)理用品生產(chǎn)企業(yè)也意識(shí)到了消費(fèi)者對(duì)牙齒美白的強(qiáng)烈需求,開發(fā)了很多作用點(diǎn)不同的美白功效牙膏。本研究旨在評(píng)價(jià)兩種市面暢銷的美白牙膏,即舒克早晚美白牙膏和中華魔麗迅白牙膏,在牙齒美白方面的功效及美白持久性,并評(píng)價(jià)其是否具有副作用。材料方法:將60名受試者納入研究對(duì)象,并按牙齒顏色、性別、年齡分為舒克牙膏組和中華牙膏組,各30人,再分為三組,即1、2、3組。1組使用1個(gè)月美白牙膏,2個(gè)月普通牙膏;2組使用2個(gè)月美白牙膏,1個(gè)月普通牙膏;3組使用3個(gè)月美白牙膏。并每月進(jìn)行基線檢查:即使用VITA Easyshade compact分光光度電腦比色儀進(jìn)行牙色檢查,即測(cè)量并記錄左上尖牙至右上尖牙,6顆前牙頸部、中部、切端的a*值、b*值、L*值,根據(jù)公式計(jì)算牙齒使用美白牙膏前后的ΔE值。并詢問受試者刷牙、飲食、有無不良反應(yīng)等情況。并告知需停止使用美白牙膏的受試者,終止使用美白牙膏,改用無美白成分的普通牙膏。最后對(duì)研究數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)處理(SPSS17.0)。結(jié)果:(1)VITA Easyshade compact分光光度電腦比色儀準(zhǔn)確性、可重復(fù)性測(cè)定結(jié)果顯示,數(shù)據(jù)具有高可重復(fù)性,測(cè)量結(jié)果可靠。(2)所有受試者使用舒克、中華美白牙膏過程中,均無不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生,但有5例受試者在使用舒克美白牙膏初期有可忍耐的舌痛感。(3)舒克牙膏在、使用后牙齒的白度(b*)、明度(L*)都有明顯提高,且使用三個(gè)月后比使用一個(gè)月后,牙齒中部及切端ΔE值升高。(4)中華牙膏使用后,牙齒的白度(b*)、明度(L*)都有明顯提高,且使用三個(gè)月后比使用一個(gè)月后,牙齒中部及切端的ΔE值升高。(5)使用第三個(gè)月時(shí),舒克牙膏組比中華牙膏組的牙齒的ΔE值顯著增高。(6)停用美白牙膏一月后,牙體頸部、中部、切端的ΔE均值相對(duì)于停用前均有顯著下降趨勢(shì);停用兩個(gè)月后,除舒克牙膏組牙體頸部ΔE值=2.7962.75,仍具有一定的美白效果,使用中華牙膏組及舒克牙膏組的牙齒切端、中部的ΔE值均2.75,即無肉眼可見的美白效果。結(jié)論:(1)VITA Easyshade compact比色儀測(cè)量結(jié)果準(zhǔn)確、數(shù)據(jù)具有高可重復(fù)性。(2)美白牙膏使用后,牙齒的明度變高,黃度變?nèi)?且隨著使用時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),牙齒的美白效果增加。(3)使用舒克牙膏組的牙齒美白效果,略高于使用中華牙膏組的牙齒美白效果。(4)美白牙膏停用一個(gè)月時(shí),牙齒的美白效果顯著降低;停用兩個(gè)月時(shí),除舒克牙膏組頸部外,其余部位已無肉眼可見美白效果。
[Abstract]:Objective: with the improvement of life level and times progress, people for tooth whitening requirements increasingly strong. In recent years, oral care products production enterprises are aware of the strong consumer demand for teeth whitening, developed many different effects of whitening toothpaste. The purpose of this study was to evaluate two kinds of market selling whitening toothpaste. Shu Ke and the magic whitening toothpaste and Li Xun white toothpaste, whitening effect and persistence in whitening teeth, and to evaluate whether it has side effects. Materials and methods: 60 subjects were enrolled in the study, and according to the tooth color, gender, divided into Shu Ke toothpaste group and Chinese toothpaste age group, respectively 30 people, divided into three groups, namely 1,2,3 group and.1 group was 1 months and 2 months of ordinary whitening toothpaste, toothpaste; the 2 group used 2 month whitening toothpaste, 1 months of ordinary toothpaste; the 3 group used 3 month whitening toothpaste and monthly baseline. Check: using the VITA Easyshade compact spectrophotometric colorimeter to check the color computer, is measured and recorded on the left to the right upper canine teeth in 6 teeth, the neck, the cut end of the a* value, b* value, L* value, according to the formula of tooth whitening toothpaste before and after the use of a E value. Asking subjects to brush your teeth, diet, no adverse reactions. And inform the need to stop the use of whitening toothpaste subjects, discontinue the use of whitening toothpaste, no whitening ingredients ordinary toothpaste. Finally the research of statistical data processing (SPSS17.0). Results: (1) VITA Easyshade compact photometric accuracy of computer colorimeter, repeatability of measurement results can be displayed, the data has high repeatability, reliable measurement results.
