【摘要】：目的:調(diào)查戒毒人員的顳下頜關(guān)節(jié)紊亂病(temporomandibular disorders,TMD)發(fā)病特點(diǎn),并分析其可能的危險(xiǎn)因素。方法:對(duì)某市強(qiáng)制戒毒中心的199名吸毒人員進(jìn)行TMD相關(guān)的問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及專(zhuān)科檢查。結(jié)果:1)57.79%的戒毒人員自述在過(guò)去3個(gè)月內(nèi)出現(xiàn)過(guò)彈響、頜面部疼痛及下頜運(yùn)動(dòng)障礙等TMD癥狀,其中頜面部疼痛發(fā)病率高達(dá)42.72%;2)40.70%的戒毒人員存在TMD陽(yáng)性體征,其中關(guān)節(jié)雜音28.14%、開(kāi)閉口型異常13.57%、頜面部壓痛/運(yùn)動(dòng)痛10.55%;3)吸毒時(shí)間長(zhǎng)短與TMD癥狀、體征之間未見(jiàn)緊密聯(lián)系,但存在緊張焦慮、緊咬牙者自述TMD癥狀及頜面部疼痛發(fā)生的幾率顯著增高(P0.05)。結(jié)論:作為一種多病因疾病,TMD與吸毒之間沒(méi)有直接的聯(lián)系,但與吸毒相關(guān)的緊張焦慮、緊咬牙可能是TMD的危險(xiǎn)因素。
[Abstract]:Objective: To investigate the temporomandibular joint disorder drug addicts (temporomandibular disorders, TMD) characteristics of the disease, and to analyze the possible risk factors. Methods: TMD related questionnaire and examination in compulsory rehabilitation center of 199 drug addicts. Results: 1) 57.79% drug addicts appear snapping in the readme in the past 3 months, facial pain and jaw movement disorders and other symptoms of TMD, the incidence of maxillofacial pain rate of 42.72%; 2) 40.70% drug addicts who are TMD positive signs, including joint noise 28.14%, open mouth abnormal 13.57%, facial tenderness / motion pain in 10.55%; 3) and duration of drug TMD symptoms, signs between no close contact, but there is anxiety, clenching likely readme TMD symptoms and maxillofacial pain was significantly higher (P0.05). Conclusion: as a cause of disease, and no drug TMD Direct contact, but anxiety and drug related, clenching may be a risk factor of TMD.
