下頜平面角影響種植體應(yīng)力分布的正交實(shí)驗(yàn)

【摘要】:背景:在臨床實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn),根據(jù)患者下頜平面角選擇不同規(guī)格的種植體,其長(zhǎng)期成功率有所不同,因此有理由設(shè)想下頜平面角角度會(huì)影響下頜種植體的應(yīng)力分布,進(jìn)而影響種植成功率。目的:從下頜平面角角度、下頜骨骨密度以及種植體規(guī)格3方面因素對(duì)下頜第一磨牙種植體應(yīng)力分布的力學(xué)特性進(jìn)行正交實(shí)驗(yàn)與分析,重點(diǎn)考察下頜平面角對(duì)下頜種植體的應(yīng)力影響規(guī)律。方法:針對(duì)種植體力學(xué)特性問題,此次正交實(shí)驗(yàn)涉及3個(gè)因素,在影響因素方面確定下頜平面角、種植釘直徑、骨密度類型這3個(gè)因素,每個(gè)因素分別對(duì)應(yīng)3個(gè)水平,其中下頜平面角角度分別為14°、22°、34°,種植體直徑分別為6.6,8.2,9.6 mm,骨密度類型分別為Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ類。根據(jù)正交表L9(33)方案將種植體模型植入牙槽骨模型。將不同種植復(fù)合體置于力學(xué)壓力實(shí)驗(yàn)機(jī)上,壓力大小為500 N,其受力結(jié)果由應(yīng)變(應(yīng)力)數(shù)據(jù)采集儀進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)采集。結(jié)果與結(jié)論:最優(yōu)參數(shù)組合為:下頜平面角為低角,種植體直徑為4.8 mm,下頜骨骨密度為Ⅱ型骨。各個(gè)因素的主次關(guān)系:種植體直徑下頜平面角角度骨密度。結(jié)果表明,下頜平面角角度對(duì)種植體的穩(wěn)固有一定的影響,在同樣咬合力的情況下,高角種植體所受應(yīng)力最大,其次是均角,低角最小。
[Abstract]:Background: in clinical practice, it is found that the long-term success rate is different according to the mandibular plane angle, so it is reasonable to assume that the mandibular plane angle will affect the stress distribution of mandibular implant. Objective: to analyze the stress distribution of mandibular first molar implant by orthogonal experiment from the angle of mandibular plane angle, bone mineral density of mandible and implant size. Methods: according to the physical characteristics of implant, the orthogonal experiment involved three factors, the angle of mandible plane and the diameter of implant nail were determined in the aspects of influencing factors, such as the angle of mandible plane, the diameter of implant nail, the angle of mandibular plane and the influence of mandibular plane angle on mandibular implant.
