【摘要】：目的 調(diào)查固定義齒修復(fù)患者的滿意度，分析患者的個(gè)性類型、期望值、牙科焦慮癥程度和人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)因子對(duì)固定義齒修復(fù)后患者滿意度的影響，為臨床上提高固定義齒修復(fù)患者滿意度提供一定的指導(dǎo)作用。 方法 以漢高口腔診所120例固定義齒修復(fù)患者（要求無(wú)精神病史，能理解問(wèn)卷內(nèi)容）為研究對(duì)象，使用人口統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)資料調(diào)查表、艾森克人格測(cè)驗(yàn)問(wèn)卷簡(jiǎn)式量表中國(guó)版（EPQ-RSC）、改良牙科焦慮癥量表（MDAS）、自行設(shè)計(jì)的固定義齒滿意度、期望值調(diào)查表為測(cè)量工具，研究固定義齒滿意度以及其影響因素。用SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。 結(jié)果 1、固定義齒修復(fù)患者的整體滿意度為85.46%。 2、性別、年齡、文化程度和平均月收入的各個(gè)分組間的滿意度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。而婚姻狀況和職業(yè)類型各個(gè)分組間的滿意度差異均不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 3、期望值和滿意度的相關(guān)性沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（r=-0.101, p=0.3260.05）。 4、 E量表標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分和顏色、外形、舒適性、穩(wěn)固性、咀嚼能力和整體滿意度都呈正相關(guān)。N量表標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分與顏色、舒適性、咀嚼能力和整體滿意度均呈負(fù)相關(guān)。P、L量表標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分與各項(xiàng)滿意度的相關(guān)性無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 5、牙科焦慮癥與滿意度的相關(guān)性具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（r=-0.235, p=0.0010.05）。 結(jié)論 1、固定義齒修復(fù)患者的整體滿意度為85.46%。 2、固定義齒修復(fù)患者滿意度與其性別、年齡、文化程度、平均收入有關(guān)，與期望值、婚姻狀況、職業(yè)類型的相關(guān)性均無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 3、外向、情緒穩(wěn)定，善于溝通的患者能獲得更高的滿意度。 4、牙科焦慮癥程度更嚴(yán)重的患者滿意度更低。
[Abstract]:Purpose. To investigate the satisfaction degree of patients with fixed denture, to analyze the influence of personality type, expectation, degree of dental anxiety and demographic factors on the satisfaction of patients with fixed denture. To provide some guidance for clinical improvement of patients satisfaction with fixed denture repair. Method. In this study, 120 patients with fixed denture repair in Henkel Stomatology Clinic (who required no history of mental illness and were able to understand the contents of the questionnaire) were used as the subjects of the study, and the demographic information questionnaire was used. Eysenck Personality questionnaire Chinese version EPQ-RSCN, modified Dental anxiety scale (MDASA), Self-designed fixed denture satisfaction, and expectation questionnaire were used as measurement tools. To study the satisfaction degree of fixed denture and its influencing factors, statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS17.0 software. Results. 1. The overall satisfaction of fixed denture repair patients was 85.46. (2) there were statistically significant differences in satisfaction among groups of sex, age, education and average monthly income, but there was no significant difference in satisfaction between marriage status and occupation type. 3, the correlation between expectation value and satisfaction was not statistically significant (r = 0.101, P = 0.3260.05). 4, the standard score of E scale was positively correlated with color, shape, comfort, stability, chewing ability and overall satisfaction. There was negative correlation between masticatory ability and overall satisfaction. 5. The correlation between dental anxiety and satisfaction was statistically significant (r = 0.235, p = 0.0010.05). Conclusion. 1. The overall satisfaction of fixed denture repair patients was 85.46. 2. The satisfaction degree of the patients with fixed denture prosthesis was related to their sex, age, education level, average income, and had no statistical significance with the expected value, marital status and occupation type. 3. Extroverted, emotionally stable and communicative patients achieved higher satisfaction. 4. Patients with more severe dental anxiety were less satisfied.
